Club Hispánico and Host Families
The following rules apply to bookings in Club
Hispánico and Host Families:
1. Bookings must always be in units of 2 weeks.
Arrival day is Sunday, departures Saturday
morning.
Therefore 2 weeks = 13 nights,
4 weeks = 27 nights,
6 weeks = 41 nights etc.
2. No price reduction for anyone wanting less than
the standard number of nights.
3. Extra nights can sometimes be arranged on a
request basis and will always be charged for.
(Students in apartments must request extra
nights in Club Hispánico).
4. In the case of 1-1 tuition, 1 week units (6 nights)
can be booked except in the High Season from
2 Jul to 9 Sep (incl.)
5. In the case of 2 people sharing an Executive
room, both pay the Summer Supplement when
applicable.

Student Apartments
We will only accept bookings of 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks in apartments. There will never be a refund if the student leaves this
accommodation early (see our recommendation about insurance). If a student wants to prolong his/her stay in an
apartment we need at least 4 weeks’ notice. Arrival/departure days are Sunday/Saturday morning respectively. Extra nights
can be requested in Club Hispánico. Apartments are usually shared between up to 6 students. Please state your
preference on the Enrolment Form for single-sex or mixed-sex apartment.
DELE Examination Dates
At the time of printing, the DELE Examination dates where not available. The course dates have been established based on
experience. It is vital that you check the exact date of the examinations before booking your flights.
High Season Supplement
There is a supplement of 5.50 per night from 2 July up to and including 9 September on all types of accommodation.
Airport Transfers
The cost of a return transfer from Málaga International Airport is: 55.

Master Class, Summer Course for Young Adults and Spanish & Cookery
All these courses have special activities programmes. The Master Class and Summer course will include at least one activity
per day (Mon-Fri) plus one full day excursion at the weekend for each 2 weeks of course. The Spanish & Cookery course
includes a programme of cookery classes, cookery-related activities and farewell lunch.

Your course is finally confirmed when we receive your deposit of 90.- (course fees) and 60.- (accom. fees).
The balance is payable 21 days before the beginning of your course.

If you pay by Bank Transfer you must remember to give details of the course you intend to follow and send us a copy of the
transfer document. All bank fees are payable by you. If the bank deducts fees, we reserve the right to charge you this amount
when you arrive. Eurocheques: if you decide to pay by Eurocheques please note that we can only accept Eurocheques to a
maximum value of 150.-
Prior to 21 days before the course: we will refund all fees paid less 60.-
Between 21 days and 5 working days before the course: we will refund all fees paid less 150.-
Last minute cancellation/No show:
If the cancellation is during the last 5 working days before the
course start or in the case of "no shows" we will refund all
fees paid less 4 weeks of course and accommodation fees.
(no refund for courses 4 weeks or less).
For detailed conditions relating to curtailments and changes once your programme has commenced, please ask at the school
office. We recommend that you do ask your travel agent/insurance broker about cancellation and curtailment insurance.
To maintain the professional atmosphere in the school, we insist that all our students complete daily homework exercises and
attend all their classes. This is to enable the whole class to progress rapidly and at the same pace. Failure to fulfil these
requirements may result in a student being placed in a lower level class, not receiving a Certificate of Attendance and, in
extreme cases, the School reserves the right to ask a student to leave without right to a refund of fees.
We do not provide lessons on Bank Holidays. If the Bank Holiday falls on a course starting date, the new students take their
Placement Test and have their orientation tour of Málaga and then start lessons the next day. To the best of our knowledge
the following are Bank Holidays:
6 Jan, 28 Feb, 13 & 14 Apr, 1 May, 15 Aug, 8 Sept, 12 Oct, 1 Nov, 6 & 8 Dec.
The School and Club Hispánico are also closed between the following dates: from 17 December 2005 until the morning
of 8 January 2006 and from 16 December 2006 until the morning of 7 January 2007.
