She previously worked as Senior Advisor in International Investment at Catella UK and prior to that at Atis Real Auguste Thouard in Paris. She<br />

holds a Master of Economy and Politics from Ruhr University, Bochum, Germany.<br />

Corestate is a specialist real estate private equity investor and asset manager based in Zug, Switzerland with additional offices in Frankfurt,<br />

London and Luxembourg. Since 2006, it has invested €1.9bn in <strong>Europe</strong>an real estate across various asset classes. Mr. Burns is CEO,<br />

responsible for strategic and business development. He previously worked as MD at Terra Firma Capital Partners where he focused on<br />

infrastructure, credit and German residential real estate transactions. Prior to this, he worked for Goldman Sachs.<br />

Reviva Capital is an independent asset manager specialising in value added recovery services for distressed and non-core assets held by<br />

banks, funds, property companies and SPVs, with €1.5bn AUM in 12 jurisdictions across <strong>Europe</strong>. Mr. Ludwig is responsible for the internal<br />

multi-client servicing and asset resolution via local professional partnerships. Prior to joining Reviva in 2009, he was a RE investment manager<br />

leading over 20 transactions for €1.2bn in US, <strong>Europe</strong>, Middle East, CEE/SE and Asia.<br />

GErrIT SPErLING<br />

Managing Director, WVB Centuria, Berlin<br />

WVB Centuria is a property and asset management company, focusing on distressed assets and residential property in Germany on behalf of<br />

third-party institutions. It manages 23,000 residential and 500 commercial units. Hr. Sperling oversees all real estate asset and property management.<br />

A specialist in repositioning distressed residential assets, he previously worked as head of asset management at arsago Real Estate<br />

Management and led the third-party business of BauBeCon Treuhand, a subsidiary of BauBeCon group, before joining WVB Centuria.<br />

MICHaEL WaLTON<br />

Chief Executive Officer, Rynda <strong>Property</strong> <strong>Investor</strong>s, London<br />

Rynda <strong>Property</strong> <strong>Investor</strong>s is an independent real estate investment and asset manager, focusing on active property management and recovery<br />

and restructuring. With offices in London, Paris, Frankfurt and Rotterdam, Rynda is 100%-owned by its management team and supported by<br />

42 professionals. It was founded by Mr. Walton in 2005. He previously worked as managing director at Citigroup <strong>Property</strong> <strong>Investor</strong>s where he<br />

was responsible for all investment strategies throughout <strong>Europe</strong>.<br />
