Orange County’s
First Multi-Tenant
Nonprofit Center
More than just offices, multi-tenant
nonprofit centers are sustainable centers
that strengthen communities to dream
together, work together, and grow together.
After years of research, planning, and
renovation by The Orange County Shared
Spaces Foundation, The Village at 17th
Street in Santa Ana was created as the first
Located at the corner of Wright and 17th
Street in Santa Ana, California, the centrally
located building is home to the administrative
offices of nonprofit organizations serving
Orange County residents.
With the opening of this 33,800 square foot
multi-tenant nonprofit center in June 2010,
The Village at 17th Street became the 215th
of centers throughout the United States
and Canada. Like other shared space
