The undersigned on behalf of the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh invites Sealed Turnkey Tenders
(Supply-cum-erection) from all eligible Contractors / Companies / Consortiums or Joint Venture Companies for
execution of the following works under the scheme, "Clo 132kV singte circuit transmission tine from Along to
Pasighat under NLCPR", for submission of tenders to the Executive Engineer (E) Aalo Electrical Division,
Department of Power, Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh.

Non-transferable bid documents shall be available in 3 (three) parts namely; Part-l (Containing Bid
Guarantee & Bid Proposal letter), Part-ll (Containing Pre-Qualification data & Deviation Statements) and part-lll
(Containing Condition of Contract and Technical Specification) from the office of the Executive Engineer (Elect),
Aalo Electrical Division, Department of Power on above specified date on all working days.
The prospective bidders shall have to apply for the Bid Document in on Contractor's / Company's printed
letter pad with detail postal address, Telephone, Mobile & Fax No and E-mail lD, etc enclosed with the documents
of qualification under the following general information and basic qualifying requirements:-

1. Prospective purchaser of bid documents shall have to furnish letter of authority & proof of being an
authorised representative of the bidder.

i. Original.copy of valid VAT registration No, Excise Duty License, Service Tax Registration (if any),
manufacturer certificate, dealership certificate wherever applicable.
ii. Latest income tax & sale tax clearance certificate from competent authority.

iii. Documentary evidence that they have executed similar nature of work with equivalent amount in a
single order in the last three years which commensurate to tender package being purchased.
iv. Experience certificate of -having successfully executed power sub-station of 132kV and above with

supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 132kV circuit breaker, Current Transformer,
lsolator, Surge Arrestor, Control and Relay Panel, PLCC equipment, etc to any power utility like PGCIL,
State power utility, etc which must be in satisfactory operation for last two years as on the date of

opening of bid. The bidder should submit user certificate indicating the name of power sub-station
commissioned, voltage class, capacity of power sub-station, etc. Such certificate should be signed not
below the rank of Executive Engineer.
3. The application for bid document accompanied with cost of bid document in cash or D'emand Draft along

The bid documents shall neither be sold nor accepted for opening through postal or courier services.
The Department shall not be responsible for any forms of delay in receiving the bid document in time and
no extension of time shall be entertained on such accounts. The bid documents received after due date of
opening will not be opened.
The bid guarantee (Earnest money) tentatively shown above in the table shall have to be deposited along
with the bid documents in the prescribed format and manner described in the bid documents.
Department of Power reserves all right to cancel / withdraw the bid in full or part without assigning any
reason fpr such decision and to place order in full or in part. Such decision will not incur any liability
whatsoever on the part of Department of Power consequently.
A pre-bid conference shall be taken by the undersigned with the intending bidders at 10.00hrs on
27.01.2011 to provide necessary information and clarification to the prospective bidders.
