As an exhibitor in <strong>the</strong> “Monterey Sustainable Business Showcase”, we appreciate your commitment to being “greener” in your business<br />

and in this event. We are setting <strong>the</strong> bar high and we expect that you share our enthusiasm! The following are some guidelines to show<br />

you how you can join us in our goal to minimize our impact at this event.<br />

• Please refrain from excessive print media, packaging, and waste.<br />

o When printing marketing material choose paper that is made of minimum of 50% post consumer waste (PCW) and is<br />

chlorine-free.<br />

• We hope to have a maximum of one car per organization.<br />

o Please carpool, bike, or take public transportation.<br />

• Transport your materials in reusable bags/boxes.<br />

o Cardboard can be recycled on site.<br />
