Terms and Conditions
Win an Apple iPad Mini Competition
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
1.2 By entering the Win an iPad Mini Competition you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Victoria only.
2.2 Person must have built, be building or have paid a deposit to be commenting on Porter Davis Homes service.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition is weekly with the following commencement and conclusion dates apply: commences on 11th August 2014 and
concludes 17th August 2014, commences on 18th August 2014 and concludes 24th August 2014, commences on 25th August 2014 and
concludes 31st August 2014, commences on 1st September 2014 and concludes 7th September 2014, commences on 8th September 2014
and concludes 14th September 2014, commences on 15th September 2014 and concludes 21st September 2014, commences on 22nd
September 2014 and concludes 28th September 2014, commences on 29th September 2014 and concludes 5th October 2014, commences
on 6th October 2014 and concludes 12th October 2014, commences on 13th October 2014 and concludes 19th October 2014, commences
on 20th October 2014 and concludes 26th October 2014, commences on 27th October 2014 and concludes 2nd November 2014 (“the
Competition Period”) unless withdrawn earlier. No entries are carried over.
3.2 In order to enter the competition entrants must submit a valid review (the review does not need to be complimentary, critical reviews may
also be submitted) of their experience with Porter Davis Homes to ProductReview.com.au and forward the ProductReview.com.au approval
email (you will receive it within 48 hours of submitting your review), along with the address of where you are building and your full name and
phone number to tellus@porterdavis.com.au
3.3 Multiple entries are not accepted.
3.4 Entry is only open to customers building with Porter Davis Homes who have signed current contract to build with Porter Davis and who are
at any stage of construction including settlement within the last 12 months.
3.5 Only prize per person will be awarded.
3.6 The Promoters, their agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
3.7 Incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible details will, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoters, invalidate the participant’s entry
into the Competition.
3.8 Winners will be drawn at Porter Davis Homes, 163 Princes Highway Hallam.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) prize winner drawn from the each 3 valid entries with a maximum of 13 iPads given away each week. The winner will
receive: 1x Apple iPad Mini in Black with Wi-Fi connection in 16 GB (valued at $369 inc. GST).
4.2 Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices at the time of printing. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for changes in
prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
4.3 All additional costs incurred such as internet setup are the winner’s responsibility and cost.
4.4 The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 The winner will be notified by telephone and email following the draw and their names will be published on www.porterdavis.com.au for a
period no less than 28 days from the date of drawing.
5.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoters will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.3 The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoters, includes
objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry, or who has, in the opinion of the
Promoters, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or
reputation of the promotion and/or Promoters. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoters become aware that the
winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
5.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoters in its
absolute discretion.
5.5 In the event of any prize not being accepted or claimed within 1 month of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and
the Promoters reserve the right to conduct such further draw at 10.00am within two months at the same location as the original draw as are
necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Winners will be contacted by telephone and
email following the draw and their names will be published on www.porterdavis.com.au
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised
intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
competition, subject to State Legislation.
7. PROMOTERS DETAILS
7.1 The Promoters are Porter Davis Homes, of 163 Princes Highway, Hallam, 3803.
7.2 Entry details remain the property of the Porter Davis Homes, and their related entities and are collecting the entrant’s personal information
for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The entrant
may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Porter Davis Homes Privacy Officer by email at privacy@porterdavis.com.au
