Creative Components<br />
Purpose<br />
This concept is based on the theme “Back to<br />
Basics”. It is a representation of individual<br />
success focusing on the message “Own your<br />
function and play your position”.<br />
Every set of bars represent an individual<br />
employee’s personal goal and individual<br />
performance in the company. At the tip where<br />
the goal meets the performance, it represents<br />
the highest achievement of the individual<br />
success and it forms a solid position. Every<br />
position needs to be strong to support each<br />
other and forms the foundation of a pyramid<br />
to build from bottom up. The growth of the<br />
company is based on a solid foundation.<br />
Each employee has a role to play, and everyone<br />
is accountable for their position.<br />
