Spotlight on GCC Employees
Raymond Boniol, GCC Senior Engineer, served as the Louisiana
Asphalt Pavement Association’s president for 2 years. He was recognized
with a plaque at the 2013 LAPA annual convention in Point
Clear, Alabama. Congratulations!
Raymond has been employed with Gilchrist Construction Company
since March 2000.
Congratulations to Clint Smith on his recent graduation from Louisiana
Tech University where he received his Bachelor of Science in
Construction Engineering Technology.
Clint has spent his last four summers as an intern with GCC and
was hired May 29, 2013 as a Management Trainee.

Mark Dubea was the Member Spotlight in the June issue of the Central
Louisiana SHRM publication.
“At the May Chapter Meeting we were able to recognize Mark Dubea!
Mark is from Marksville, LA and has worked at Gilchrist Construction Company
for over 5 years! Mark’s position at Gilchrist is a People Representative
where he helps serve employees by facilitating New Employee Orientation
as well as evaluations. Along with many other responsibilities, he
also assists with hiring and conducts exit interviews. Mark stated “People
are our greatest resource and I just want to make sure that we give them
what they need in order to do their jobs”.
We are proud to have Mark as a 1st year CLSHRM Member!”
