Wallwork Heat Treatment operates a 24/7 fully<br />
integrated process house that encompasses a<br />
comprehensive list of aerospace approved thermal<br />
treatments, such as vacuum harden, age harden, solution,<br />
precipitation harden, nitride, Tufftride, case harden<br />
and annealing of components of various materials. All<br />
processing takes place to the exacting standards set<br />
out by NADCAP and OEMs such as Rolls-Royce, BAE<br />
Systems, Airbus, Bombardier and AgustaWestland.<br />
These high end processes are complemented by our<br />
lab facilities providing testing and quality monitoring.<br />
The Wallwork transport network also allows work<br />
to be collected in the majority of the UK and our<br />
in-house metallurgical services support the customer<br />
before, during and after treatments.<br />

A family business in its third generation manufacturing<br />
precision rubber components in a very wide variety<br />
of polymers. Mould tools are produced on site in our<br />
own toolroom and we have the capability of mixing<br />
raw materials on site. The 30,000 sq. ft. factory houses<br />
all the necessary injection and compression machines<br />
and associated equipment to produce short or long<br />
runs for the electronic, military, medical, commercial<br />
and automotive applications together with aerospace<br />
