Seconded by Councillor Murdoch, That <strong>the</strong> Director <strong>of</strong> Building and Planning be authorized to<br />

issue a Development Variance Permit with respect to 3265 Beach Drive (Lot A, Section 31,<br />

Victoria District, Plan 3695), varying <strong>the</strong> following provisions <strong>of</strong> Bylaw No. 3531, Zoning Bylaw,<br />
