Tweetsie Railroad is located on US 321, between Boone and Blowing Rock,
NC. From the Blue Ridge Parkway, exit at mile post 291, Boone exit.

US 321 through Blowing Rock may close
for blasting on Tuesdays and Thursdays
from 11 am to 3 pm, and Monday or
Wednesday nights from 7 pm to 5 am.
If closed, detour signs will be in place;
be sure to allow for delays and/or
detours. If traveling from Charlotte
at these times, we recommend driving
north on I-77 to US 421, through
Wilkesboro and Boone.
There’s plenty of safe,
scary entertainment for
the entire family!
Hop aboard the Ghost Train and join
engineer Casey Bones for a journey into
darkness. Tour the Haunted House, ride
the rides in the Creepy Carnival, enjoy
the Spooktacular show at the Tweetsie
Palace, and experience all the attractions
in the Boneyard!
Ticket Policy
• Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended:
a limited number of guests are admitted each night.
For tickets, visit tweetsie.com or call 877-893-3874
($1 processing fee on call-in orders).
• There are no refunds on ticket purchases.
Tickets may be exchanged at least 48 hours
prior to the event, subject to availability.
• Season Pass holders may call or visit the
Ticket Office in advance to pick up tickets.
• Minimum 10 days advance order is
required to mail tickets; otherwise they will
be held for pick up.
• Keep tickets in a safe place—lost tickets
cannot be replaced.
• No discounts are offered on this event.
Some of these attractions
are not intended for
scaredy cats
• Children under 8 should avoid the Ghost Train,
Haunted House and Freaky Forest.
• Persons with heart conditions or sensitivity to
loud noise should avoid the Ghost Train and
Haunted House.
• Persons prone to motion sickness
should avoid the Black Hole and some
amusement rides.
• Persons with asthma should avoid the
Haunted House and Freaky Forest.
• Persons with sensitivity to
strobe lights should avoid the

Got Tickets? Proceed to the special Ghost Train Halloween Festival entrance at the far end of
the upper parking lot. As you are facing the entrance to the Ticket Office, it will be on your left.
There may be a long line of people already waiting to get in, but Don’t Worry! Once the gates
open at 7:30 p.m., everyone will get in very quickly.
Picking up Tickets? Go to the Ticket Office to pick up your tickets. Once you receive your tickets,
proceed to the special Ghost Train Halloween Festival entrance.
Need Tickets? If there are tickets available for the event, you can purchase them at the Ticket Office.
