This outstanding new variety produces crisp, juicy apples that are excellent for<br />
fresh eating. Medium to large fruit ripen in late August and store well until the<br />
New Year.<br />

Coutts of Unity, Saskatchewan.<br />

Zone 2 (Canadian and USDA). Similar to Norland.<br />

Growth Rate:<br />
A medium growing tree reaching a mature height of 25-30 feet. Also<br />
available as a dwarf tree grafted on Ottawa #3 rootstalk with a mature<br />
height of 12-15 feet.<br />

Description:<br />
<strong>Gemini</strong> ® produces fruit that is crisp, juicy and of medium sweetness.<br />
The fruit ripens in late August and stores well into the next year. Devel<br />
oped under zone 2 conditions, the tree has excellent cold hardiness.<br />

Culture:<br />
Performs best in moderate to full sunshine. It is suited to a wide range<br />
of soil types and growing conditions.<br />
