This session will explore Hous’hill, the<br />
former home of tea room entrepreneur Miss<br />
Catherine Cranston. After a talk looking at<br />
the history of the building, archive images<br />
and related objects in the museum stores,<br />
the group will walk over to the former site<br />
of the (now demolished) mansion house<br />
to explore the original setting of her home.<br />
Sensible footwear and warm (and possibly<br />
waterproof) clothes required!<br />
