1. sign-up<br />
• Select dates when your Kidz Boutique Holiday Shoppe will<br />
be open (most run 2-3 days) usually Tuesday –Thursday<br />
with Monday as a set up day.<br />
• Use the sample flyers included in your information packet<br />
to “get the word out” to teachers, parents and students.<br />
2. set-up<br />
• We’ll send you a large inventory of over 110 different gift<br />
items for your Holiday Shoppe.<br />
• The day before your sale, volunteers set up Kidz Boutique<br />
Holiday Shoppe in the gym, library, cafeteria, classroom or<br />
on the stage.<br />
• Check in your holiday shoppe order to insure that you have<br />
received all of your products and supplies.<br />
• Children bring home a budget envelope a few days before<br />
the sale begins. Parents and children decide on a budget<br />
for each person on their “shopping list.”<br />
3. Shop<br />
• <strong>As</strong>sisted by volunteers and teachers, children shop in<br />
small groups.<br />
• Call in your re-orders by 2:00 today and you can re-stock<br />
your inventory early the next morning.<br />
• When it’s all over, we’ll arrange to pick up any unsold<br />
merchandise.<br />
