<strong>Information</strong> <strong>Officer</strong><br />

Branch Manager<br />

To implement and maintain an information management system at<br />

branch level that is aligned to the overall provincial information<br />

management system. The role will also provide information,<br />

referrals and advise to all walk-in customers at branch level in<br />

terms of small enterprise development.<br />

Kwazulu Natal: uThungulu Branch<br />

Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service/<br />

<strong>Information</strong> Management<br />

At least 2 – 4 years experience in a customer service/<br />

information management environment<br />

Implementation of the provincial information management<br />

strategy and plan<br />

Coordination of branch events and activities<br />

Dissemination of information to internal and external branch<br />

stakeholders<br />

Maintenance and updating of information sources<br />

Provision of information, advice and referrals<br />

Excellent understanding of small enterprise development<br />

sector<br />

Understanding of <strong>Seda</strong> standard operating procedures of<br />

products and services<br />

Communication written and verbal<br />

Good interpersonal skills<br />

Multitasking<br />
