Robert Mathis has totaled 77.5 career<br />

sacks in his nine-year career<br />

with the Colts, which ranks second<br />

in club history behind Dwight<br />

Freeney’s 98.5. In 2005, he registered<br />

a sack in 11 of 13 games and<br />

set an NFL record with sacks in<br />

eight consecutive contests to start<br />

a season. Mathis has 18 multiplesack<br />

games in his career and two<br />

three-plus sack games. He had a streak of three consecutive<br />

multiple-sack games in 2008 at San Diego (11/23), at<br />

Cleveland (11/30) and vs. Cincinnati (12/7).<br />

The Savannah, Georgia<br />

native has totaled 610 tackles,<br />

12 interceptions, 21 passes defensed,<br />

three forced fumbles,<br />

three fumble recoveries and half<br />

of a sack. Bethea has also<br />

earned two Pro Bowl nominations (2007, ‘09) in his tenure<br />

with the team.<br />

In each of the last three seasons, Bethea<br />

has led the Colts defensive unit in tackles,<br />

posting over 100 in each of those campaigns.<br />

In 2008, he logged a career-high<br />

126 stops and in 2009, fell six tackles shy<br />

of his career-best.<br />

Safety Antoine Bethea has been a leader in the defensive<br />

backfield for the Colts since his rookie season in 2006.<br />

Along with leading the team and topping the 100-plus tackle<br />

mark for the last three years, Bethea has also paced the<br />

Colts in interceptions over the last six seasons since he<br />
