begin using the <strong>new</strong> <strong>card</strong>s on the date <strong>your</strong> IBC<br />

coverage takes effect. Do not use <strong>your</strong> current<br />

<strong>ID</strong> <strong>card</strong>s after this date. You should also let<br />

<strong>your</strong> doctor know that you have a <strong>new</strong> <strong>card</strong><br />

when you receive care.<br />
