A Cash Hub administration fee may apply to the<br />

estimate only.<br />
A SMA administration fee of $25 per month may<br />
apply where you hold an SMA investment in your<br />
account on the last day of the month.<br />
The buy/sell spread ranges from 0% to 3.57% for<br />
the managed investment options. This amount is<br />
an estimate only, based on information provided by<br />

daily closing balance of your entire account, including<br />
your Cash Hub.<br />
A 10% relationship discount on the Administration<br />
fee may be available to family members of grouped<br />
Consolidator accounts. Please refer to the Additional<br />
explanation of fees and costs section for further details.<br />
This is not separately deducted from your account, and<br />
is charged before interest is credited to your Cash Hub<br />
at the end of each quarter.<br />
Payable to the Trustee monthly in arrears and deducted<br />
separately from your account.<br />
You may incur buy/sell spreads as a consequence of<br />
buying and selling the various managed investment<br />
options. Buy/sell spreads are charged by the individual<br />
product issuers in either of two ways:<br />
• by reducing the particular managed investment’s<br />
performance (unit price), or<br />
• by adjusting the application and/or withdrawal price.<br />
Refer to the relevant PDS for each managed<br />
investment for details on how and when buy/sell<br />
spreads are charged.<br />
$20.50 per transaction This applies to buy, sell and switch transactions of<br />
managed investments, SMA’s, Australian listed securities,<br />
term deposits and corporate actions placed by your<br />
adviser. This excludes transactions resulting from dollar<br />
cost averaging, automatic and on-demand rebalancing<br />
and automatic cash management transactions.<br />
Calculated at the time of each transaction based upon<br />
the number of transactions.<br />
If an automated transaction results in the purchase<br />
of a security which you do not currently hold in your<br />
account, a switching fee will apply.<br />
