Higher Quality Bales Innovation at its Finest The FC6700 is an innovative machine designed to compress baled hay and loose hay into high density bales. With the ability to compress higher than field bale density, storage and transport are more effectively optimized. The compact construction of the FC6700 fits easily into a production facility and is fully automated. Each press is designed with an on-line monitoring system for reports on production, machine statistics, downtime, management reports by shift and plant management reports. The FC6700 is designed to produce; Ÿ a 43” X 45” X 26” average compressed bale at 330 kg Ÿ (109 cm x 114 cm x 66 cm at 727 lb) Ÿ *see page 4 for bale weights and tons per hour chart. Big Bale Grid Slicing System This slicing system is a standard component of the FC6700 press. Hay bales are pushed through a set of stationary blades to slice hay cleanly and accurately. FC6700 Press Details Full Automation The PLC is controlled from the operators platform and provides up to the second reporting of production, pressures, temperatures and can monitor third party equipment integrated into your Hunterwood machine. Loose Hay Input Options to include a Loose Hay Sweep or additional conveyors to add blending capabilities are available.
