flooring will withstand
plenty of sandy foot and paw
prints, and using the shower next
to the house allows homeowners
to minimize the amount of sand
brought inside from frequent trips
to the beach.”
Speaking of showers, the shower
in the master bath is a thing
of beauty. With 40 square feet of
showering bliss, it has dual shower
heads and temperature controls,
a handheld and an overhead
oxygenated shower that simulates
rainfall.
Back downstairs, the first floor
holds its own charm and complements
the upstairs amenities.

original structure, and the front
door opens onto the living room

oiled pine vaulted
ceiling and beams. Vintage capiz
shell pendant lights from 1961

Maria said the residents of
Duval Drive have formed a tightknit
