THE COMMERCE NIGHT MMXV
The much awaited event of the week was
the Commerce Night where different talented
people performed. This event gave the students
a break from all the school works and away
from the four walls of the classroom. The night
gave the students the opportunity to interact
with other people. In other words, it was an
amazing way to end the week.
The Commerce Night was held at the
University of Santo Tomas, Quadricentennial
Pavilion, Last Thursday, September 26, 2015.
The location of the event was a convenient
place because of it’s air-conditioned room and a
huge place for the crowd to celebrate. The event
was prepared by the UST Commerce and
Business Administration Student Council
(CBASC). They’re the one who’s behind all the
success that happened all through out the night.
Students from different schools and
colleges came to watch the different bands and
Djs perform. Outside the pavilion there were
freebies from the sponsors and photo booths for
the students to enjoy before entering the
pavilion. The highlight of the event was when
everybody sang along and waved their hands in
the air when Up Dharma Down played the song
Tadhana from their album capacities. Although
everyone expected Marc Marasigan to perform
he was not able to perform for the event due to
some problems in the booking. Nonetheless, the
night was finished by DJ Jet Boado.
To sum up, the night was definitely a night
to remember and one for the books.
