considered for our top faculty paper and top student-led paper, which include monetary awards and, in<br />

the case of the student paper, travel grants. Top 5-6 ranked papers in each category will be pooled,<br />

read carefully by all members of the CAM paper awards committee, and re-ranked and discussed for<br />

award consideration.<br />

Papers submitted for consideration in the traditional sessions will also be considered for the hybrid high<br />

density sessions described below, as well as the conference-wide ICA Interactive Poster Display Session.<br />

2. Hybrid High Density Sessions:<br />

Select “PAPER” in the submission menu.<br />

All full papers submissions will be considered<br />

for any of the following three formats: the<br />

traditional presentation sessions, the hybrid<br />

sessions, and the interactive poster sessions.<br />

The placement of your paper will NOT be<br />

based on score but rather fit with other papers.<br />

In the Hybrid High Density Session, 10<br />

presenters will be asked to provide a 5-minute<br />

presentation (<strong>Power</strong>point/Keynote acceptable)<br />

of their paper, with these brief presentations<br />

followed by a poster (or print-outs of key<br />

slides) presentation that more deeply presents<br />

their work to small groups or one-to-one discussions<br />

with members of the audience. HHD<br />

sessions tend to be about highly researched<br />

topics/contexts that year.<br />
