« Une saison riche et passionnante »

« Cette saison 2015-2016 s’annonce
particulièrement palpitante pour nos six
sélections. Si les Moins de 17 et 19 ans auront
comme chaque année leur Euro respectif en
point de mire, l’attention sera naturellement
portée sur les Moins de 18 ans, qui disputeront
le Mondial au Chili, en octobre prochain. Un
rendez-vous planétaire pour cette génération
98 emmenée par Jean-Claude Giuntini, sacrée
championne d’Europe U17 en mai dernier,
qui tentera de confirmer son rang face aux
meilleures nations mondiales.
Les Espoirs, de leur côté, entament une nouvelle
campagne avec l’intention de se qualifier pour
l’Euro 2017, organisé en Pologne. Les Moins
de 20 ans, antichambre des Espoirs, auront
pour objectif d’engranger de l’expérience au
niveau international à travers différents matchs
amicaux et le tournoi de Toulon en fin de saison.
Enfin les Moins de 16 ans, grâce à plusieurs
tournois ou rencontres amicales, effectueront
leurs premiers pas en Bleus. Première
expérience internationale, première Marseillaise.
Un palier important dans leur jeune carrière de
footballeur.
Plus que jamais, cette saison s’annonce riche
et passionnante. Au-delà des résultats sportifs,
qui sont importants, nos sélections ont pour
vocation de former nos jeunes, sur mais aussi
en dehors du terrain. En leur faisant découvrir
les exigences du niveau international et en leur
inculquant les valeurs du maillot bleu. »
« The 2015-2016 season promises to be
particularly exciting for our six selections.
If the Under 17 and 19 will take part, like
every year, to their respective European
Championship, attention will naturally be paid
to the Under 18, who will play the World Cup
in Chile, in October. An appointment for this
generation 98 led by Jean-Claude Giuntini,
sacred European Champion U17 in May, which

U21 begin a new campaign with the intention

steps in blue jersey. First international

More than ever, this season promises to
be rich and exciting. Beyond the sporting
results, which are important, our selections
are designed to train our young people, but
also off the field. By introducing them to the
requirements of international and instilling in
