work and enthusiasm on a daily basis.<br />
We are well aware of the difficulties that arise<br />
sometimes in learning so manyy different products,<br />
being on time through traffic jams on a Friday<br />
afternoon and scheduling our work around your<br />
other jobs and school times. But without your extra<br />
steps in training, brand knowledge, and sales skills<br />
for our high profile clients, our continued rapid<br />
growth at BARetc would not be happening.<br />

We are proud to announce our newest client, Twin Peaks Brewing Company!<br />
Twin Peaks now has four of their very own ales ! Our lucky Brand Ambassadors recently began<br />
sampling The Knotty Brunette, The Gold Digger, The Dirty Blond e and The Drop Dead Redhead,<br />
so keep an eye out for Twin Peak s Brewing Co. in the books. We can’t wait to see who gets picked<br />
up and sipped on the most - Cheers!<br />

Tip of the Trade<br />
How to<br />
Open a bottle of wine<br />
like a pro!<br />
1. If a customer is present, present the wine<br />
bottle.<br />
2. Hold the bottle by the neck and cut the<br />
foil back from lower lip<br />
3. After cutting back the foil, use knife to<br />
peel back foil.<br />
4. Screw the cork screw into the center of<br />
the cork.<br />
5. Apply pressure to pull cork halfway out.<br />
6. Wiggle the cork the rest of the way out<br />
by hand to prevent splashing.<br />

As you can see, Tales of the Cocktail was a<br />
smoking hot affair in New Orleans this<br />
summer and this dynamic trio got to<br />
represent one of our top clients,<br />
Stolichnaya Vodka!<br />
Our ambassadors helped boost brand<br />
awareness and expand trade relationships<br />
at this year’s largest bar industry event for<br />
cocktail enthusiasts and bar industry<br />
professionals. Stoli partnered with NOLA's<br />
"Restaurant Week" and featured "Dynamic<br />
Duo" events to introduce and promote<br />
Stoli ' s new Ginger Beer and THE Stoli Mule.<br />
Stoli brought renowned mixologists, Tony<br />
Abou and Dickie Brennan , to celebrate one<br />
of Americas most original cocktails, the<br />
Moscow Mule. During events, brand<br />
ambassadors cruised the streets in Stoli<br />
attire and a m ule-drawn carriage to spread<br />
event awareness and increase attendance.<br />
Stoli events were promoted via social<br />
media with #RaiseYourMule @Stoli on<br />
Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.<br />
By the end of Tails of the Cocktail, Stoli<br />
gained 13 new points of distribution!<br />

of 2015 will increase your chances to<br />

We love our Brand Ambassadors and appreciate all of<br />

The first thing up for grabs is a trip for two to Mexico!<br />
You will be staying in an all-inclusive resort for 4<br />
days/3 nights, on us! BARetc. will be providing airfare<br />

Contest Rules and Regulations<br />
1) A Brand Ambassador must work a minimum of 10 events between now and the end of the year to receive 1 entry into the drawing.<br />
2) After 10 events worked they get an additional entry for every 5 events worked (i.e if a BA works 21 events they would get 3 entries<br />
into the drawing)<br />
3) Back-ups do not count as events.<br />
4) No shows or missing/incorrect recaps disqualify you from the contest completely.<br />
5) Negative account feedback or client complaint disqualify you from the contest completely.<br />

Employee Shotlight<br />
“What's that you say, meow? You have a payroll<br />
question, meow?”<br />
This little kitty cat we call Soybean is the tiny stick<br />
of dynamite that handles it all! Stephanie came to<br />
us in 2014. She is currently finishing up her<br />
degree in sociology at the University of North<br />
Texas in Denton! She has a soft spot for craft beers<br />
and Fireball whiskey. In her spare time she enjoys<br />
spending time with her daughter, Roxy (a beautiful<br />
mix of a mutt pup)!<br />
Her favorite things about BARetc. are the amazing<br />
office staff and the office pet (Martini the Beta<br />
fish).<br />
We love Stephanie because of her exuberant<br />
personality, amazing sense of humor, and signature<br />
cat ear headband!<br />
