Consideration of reappointing or replacing Debra Ballard, whose term
expires on November 26, 2015, effective November 27, 2015. This is a
two (2) year term.

Concurring in the names submitted by the CAHSD for submission to the
Governor to consider for appointment to the CAHSD. Two vacancies exist
requiring the submission of 4 names. The names submitted by the
CAHSD are: Thomas Sawyer, Virginia Pearson, Deborah Dominick
and Gay Johannessen to replace Denise Dugas and Stephanie Manson.
(Names are submitted to the Metro-Council from the CAHSD to be
forwarded to Governor for appointment).
