The Chapel is the focal point of the MiHo Institute of Aesthetics, a boarding school for 240 students. The<br />

site is dedicated <strong>to</strong> the Shumei spiritual movement, for which the appreciation of art <strong>an</strong>d the respect for<br />

nature are key elements. High architectural st<strong>an</strong>dards are part of the philosophy. The outer p<strong>an</strong>els of<br />

the Chapel consist of trapezoidal stainless steel p<strong>an</strong>els. Each of them is 18.5 m long <strong>an</strong>d shaped in<strong>to</strong> a<br />

unique computer-generated twisted geometry.<br />
