How Do We<br />
Measure Quality?<br />
During your assessment visit, your assessor will<br />
make quality judgements across all aspects of your<br />
Self Catering business. When the scores are<br />
totalled you will have an overall percentage score<br />
that will place you within one of the five star rating<br />
bands. However, in order to confirm a particular<br />
star rating, the scores awarded within each of the<br />
five key areas also need to fall within that band or<br />
higher. In this way we, and you, can be confident<br />
that the business is offering a consistent level of<br />
service at the star rating awarded.<br />

● Bathrooms<br />
● Kitchen<br />
Assessors are trained to award scores against<br />
national benchmarks in an objective and<br />
consistent manner.<br />
