The Heras Plug + Play Manual Barrier is
affordable and perfect for car parks, as well
as other traffic management situations. The
MB1000 is very easy to operate and has
an adjustable counterbalance which allows
accessories to be added readily on a site
specific basis.
The MB1000 barrier can be locked in the
horizontal or vertical position and is a highly
cost effective solution for sites where levels of
use don’t justify an investment in automation.

Colours: Blue RAL5005 pivot and support
post. Beam is polyester powder coated in
white and supplied with red reflective stickers
as standard. Other colours available on
request.
Beam Sections: 76 x 2mm Aluminium
Circular Hollow Section.
Beam Lengths: 3, 4, 5 and 6m as standard,
larger lengths are possible but will require
the addition of a tension cable (as seen in
the photo).
Beam height: 900mm.
Pivot post dimensions:
1100mm (h) x 150mm (w) x 150mm (d).
Optional extras: Stop sign, No Entry sign,
Bottom skirt.
The Heras MB1000 comes complete with
lockable end support, lifting handle and

The Heras Plug + Play Automated Barrier offers
reliability, durability and longevity. The AB1000
incorporates hydraulic operation rather than
electro-mechanical, which affords simple on
site adjustment should accessories be needed.
A ‘smooth slowdown’ feature utilises top and
bottom damping which results in less wear,
improved longevity and lower costs over the
barrier’s working life.
The barriers can also be locked on the
hydraulics (open or closed) so separate locking
features are not needed. The AB1000 can be
integrated with a whole range of access control
opening devices including remote control,
keypads and proximity cards.

The Heras Plug + Play Turnstile is full height,
bi-directional and comes with a choice of
90° or 120° rotor assemblies. The control
panel is housed in a locked enclosure on
the side of the turnstile rather than on the
top of the turnstile as is often the case with
other turnstiles on the market. This means
that installation and on-going maintenance
is simplified without the need for working at
height restrictions.

The T1000 is stylish, practical and comes
complete with an integrated Zenith mesh side
guard. The turnstile is designed to fit flush
with the fence line rather than protruding
as many other turnstiles do. The T1000
Turnstiles can be integrated with a whole
range of access control opening devices
including card reader, push button intercom
and keypad.
Options: 90° or 120° rotor.
Colours: Blue RAL5005, Green RAL6005
and Black9005. Other colours are available
on request.
