Kurt is one of EpiCenter’s Managing Consultants, and often acts as a project manager or lead 

consultant. Kurt brings a unique set of experiences to the EpiCenter team. He is an attorney 

with more than 10 years of experience advising manufacturers and other businesses on 

compliance, risk management and strategic growth, as well as representing those clients in the 

courtroom as trial counsel. 

Kurt served as general counsel and vice president of operations of a mixed-mode 

manufacturer. In that role, Kurt spearheaded that company’s implementation of the Epicor 9 

ERP solution, adoption of LEAN manufacturing principles, and refocused the company on 

continuous improvement, compliance, and overall corporate development. 

Currently within his role at EpiCenter, Kurt has managed the successful implementations of 

many of our largest customers, bringing them “live” on-time and on-budget. He manages a 

team of manufacturing and financial consultants, and works with our strategic accounts.

Julie began her career in IT while working for a manufacturing company in Central 

Ohio. She led the team that took their company from an antiquated paper-system to 

Vantage 6 while maintaining her responsibilities as Customer Service Manager. As a 

‘custom-shop,’ she was responsible for building product configurators that would 

facilitate the ordering of items with complex requirements and a variety of options 

for quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and jobs. Julie was also responsible for the 

day to day operations of the Production and Accounting Departments, assuring 

Vantage 6 was providing the necessary real-time information needed and operating 

efficiently. She has written User Guides and led training sessions for all modules utilized 

within the company. Noticing that Vantage 6 no longer met the needs of this 

growing company, she championed the upgrade from Vantage 6 to 8.03. This upgrade 

entailed data migration, configuration changes, the construction of new reports 

and end-user training.
