Rooming lists for any group bookings must be submitted no less than fourteen days prior to arrival.<br />

Failing to do so will result in the releasing of any allocated bedrooms<br />

Terms & Conditions<br />

1. A non-refundable deposit, per person, must be received within 10 days of the original<br />

reservation being made. Full payment is required a minimum of 28 days prior to the date of<br />

your event.<br />

2. Should the above not be adhered to, the booking will be automatically released.<br />

3. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be offset against any other bills.<br />

Deposit requests are as follows;<br />

i. Midweek Luncheons, Sunday Luncheons and Boxing Day - £10.00 per guest<br />

ii. Party Nights in the Marquee and Garden Rooms - £10.00 per guest<br />

iii. Christmas Day Luncheon - £20.00 per guest<br />

iv. New Year’s Eve - £25.00 per guest<br />

4. e number of guaranteed spaces reserved are dictated by the amount of deposit received.<br />

5. In the event of cancellation or reduction of numbers from the original booking, full charges<br />

will be made unless spaces are re-sold.<br />

6. Any guests who require vegetarian dishes or have any special dietary needs should inform the<br />

hotel a minimum of 14 days prior to their function.<br />

7. Party organisers or company representatives will be liable for any misconduct by their guests<br />

or damage to property of Dunchurch Park Hotel and associated assets.<br />

8. Dunchurch Park Hotel is legally bound not to serve alcohol to persons under 18 years of age<br />

or persons intoxicated by alcohol. It is the organiser’s responsibility to ensure that all guests are<br />

over the age of 18.<br />

9. For private parties a minimum number of diners will apply. Should the number drop below<br />

the minimum, the hotel reserves the right to sell the spaces to other clients.<br />

10. e hotel reserves the right to either cancel an event or transfer individual parties to a different<br />

venue within the hotel. However, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates whenever possible.<br />

11. Dress Code: Smart Casual is preferred for most functions, black tie or lounge suit for formal<br />

occasions. Strictly no ripped denim or trainers are permitted and entrance will be refused.<br />
