DAY 1
Skopje
We meet at the Museum of the city of Skopje.
Our friendly tour guides will provide you with
information regarding navigating your way
around Skopje. You will then proceed with a
walk along the famous ‘Macedonia Street’
towards the main city square. You will pass
the Memorial House of Mother Teresa which
was built in her honour as she was born in
Skopje in 1910 and was awarded a Nobel
Peace Prize for her humanitarian efforts.
Old Bazaar
The first thing you will notice once entering the
Old Bazaar is a sense of ancient times. Where,
for centuries it has been buzzing with people from
all over the Balkan region, trading their wares and
services. You will be guided through this ancient
Bazaar and experience the feeling of stepping
back in time.
The Old Town
Your experience of ancient times will only be
reinforced by walking around the Old Town and
hearing the stories of the Grand Fortress Kale that
bears over the city.With this we finish the city tour
part and head to Canyon Matka.

STONE BRIDGE - SKOPJE
City Square
As you walk around the heart of Skopje – its
city square, you will be treated with a guide of
the monuments and buildings that paint a
picture of Macedonia’s rich culture and history.
You will visit the Archeological Museum of
Skopje, where you will have an unique chance
to experience and discover new facts related
with the rich history of Macedonia and explore
artifacts and finds dating back from ancient
times.You will then continue towards the Old
Bazaar and pass over the greatest river in
Macedonia, Vardar, via one of the most
recognizable symbols of Skopje – the Stone
Bridge.
Our next stop is the Matka Canyon, an outstanding
work of nature of which some claim to be home to
the largest underwater cave in the world. A claim
that has yet to be substantiated as no one has been
able to get to the bottom! Matka Canyon boasts
outstanding preserved natural and geographical
characteristics, in which rare endemic species have
found their escape. Spot an eagle flying high in the
sky, enjoy a boat ride along the magnificent gorge
and explore the famous Vrelo cave full of stalagmites.
After the Matka Tour, we head back to Skopje.

DAY 1
Skopje - Canyon Matka
The tour starts at the museum of the city of
Skopje, where you will get some basic info
regarding getting around in Macedonia. The
walk starts along Macedonia Street towards the
square. Along the way is the Memorial House of
Mother Teresa built in honor of a great
humanitarian and a winner of Noble Prize for Peace.
Mother Teresa was born in Skopje, in 1910.
The tour continues towards Macedonia Square
which has undergone tremendous restoration in
the last few years with a lot of new monuments and
buildings around, representing Macedonian cultural
heritage and history. Macedonia Square is the heart
of the capital Skopje. From Macedonia Square we
continue towards the Old Bazaar passing over The
Stone Bridge which is one of the most recognizable
symbols of Skopje. Being so it has the main lead in
the coat of arms of the city itself. The location of
the bridge is in the heart of the city positioned on
the greatest river in Macedonia, Vardar.
Once we get into the Bazaar, the first thing you
notice is the feeling that you have gone back in times,
returning to the days when the bazaar was swarming
with people from all around the Balkan trading their
wares and services. After a thorough and detailed tour
of the Bazaar, we finish up the sightseeing of the old
town with the story of the fortress Kale at the top of
the hill overlooking the entire city.
The rest of the day is planned for the Matka Canyon
with its outstanding work of nature, preserved natural
and geographic characteristics in which rare and endemic
species found their escape.
We get back to Skopje after which we check in at the
hotel where we have spare time for refreshments
and any individual activities.
DAY 2
St.Naum - Ohrid
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will check
out of the hotel and continue the tour towards
Ohrid. We will go through the picturesque Galichica
National Park towards the Monastery of St. Naum
Ohridski.
The area around St. Naum Monastery is among the
most beautiful along the shore of Lake Ohrid. The
magnificent greenery surrounded by the springs of
the Crn Drim River, the spacious sand beach, the
monastery complex and the view of the location
makes it a most attractive tourist spot. We will also
visit the museum on water, Bay of Bones.
After that we continue our journey to the ‘City of
Light’ Ohrid. Ohrid is the most predominant tourist
destination in Macedonia, which you will have the
opportunity to appreciate once you set eyes on the
beautiful lake and surrounds of this magnificent
city. There, we will visit some of the most popular
attractions including, but not limited to, the Old
Bazaar, the Church of St. Sophia, the Church of
Mother of God (Periveptos), the ancient theatre,
Tsar Samoils Fortress, the archeological site of
Plaoshnik and the church of St. John (Kaneo).
Free time and overnight at Ohrid. You may choose
to simply relax or continue your adventures into
the night. The choice is yours as you have some
free time to take as you please.
DAY 3
Bitola - Stobi - Kokino
You will enjoy a sumptuous breakfast before
checking out of your hotel to continue on your
last day of your adventures of Macedonia. After
the breakfast, we will travel to the city of Bitola.

The city of Bitola is an administrative, cultural,
industrial, commercial, and educational centre
of southern Macedonia. It is located in the
southern part of the Pelagonia valley surrounded
by Baba and Nidze mountains. After an exploration
of the city of Bitola, we continue the day with the
archeological site Heraclea Lyncestis. The city of
Heraclea was founded by Philip II of Macedon in
the middle of the 4th century BC and presents
one of the best preserved antique cities.
We then head off to Stobi Winery, where you will
have the opportunity to enjoy the world renowned
and superb quality of wines that they produce.
After the optional winetasting, we will then
travel towards Kokino and arrive at the 4th
oldest megalithic observatory in the world
as recognized by NASA.
Departure for Skopje. We will then head back
to our original destination, Skopje where we

Mavrovo - Vevcani - Struga - Ohrid
ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST MONASTERY
The tour starts with breakfast at the hotel in Skopje
and check out following an overview of the tourist
spot Sharena Dzamija (Painted Mosque) located in
Tetovo. The Painted Mosque was built in the year
of 1459 on the foundation of an older edifice. An
example of early Constantinople style, this mosque
is adorned with an elaborate painted facade and
interior, making it unique for tourists.
After the overview of the mosques we continue our
tour to the Mavrovo National Park. The tranquility,
the climate conditions, the hydrological and vegetative
features enhanced together with the human creativity
contributes in making this region a very special place.
Here we will have a walk around the surroundings
while enjoying in its natural beauties.
The tour continues towards the beautiful tourist
location the Monastery of Saint John the Baptist with
its distinctive architecture with priceless and rare
wood carvings. Dating from the 11th century this
Monastery presents an important cultural and
historical place surrounded by legends for its mystical
icon with healing powers.
From there we head to the village of Vevchani. The
village is located 14 kilometers north-west of the
town of Struga and is most famous for its springs.
The largest spring is located at the opening of one
of the many caves in the region. The most famous
spring is "Jankov Kamen" which is situated at about
1200 meters above sea level.
After this charming little village we continue our tour
to the city of Struga where we have review of the
downtown with the river of Crn Drim that flows out of
the Ohrid Lake.
Next we head for the city of Ohrid, where we check-in
at the Hotel. You will have spare time for a walk or any
other activities.
DAY 3
Ohrid - St.Naum
Breakfast at the hotel and starting the day with the trip
to the Monastery of Saint Naum.Along the way we will
stop at the archeological locality named Bay of Bones
where an authentic reconstruction is made as part of the
settlement dating back between 1200 and 700 BC.
After that, we head towards the St Naum Monastery. The
area around the Monastery is among the most beautiful
along the shore of Lake Ohrid. The magnificent greenery
surrounded by the springs of the Crn Drim River, the
spacious sand beach, the Monastery complex and the
view of the location makes it one of the most attractive
tourist spots.

5 DAY TOUR
After the overview of the locations we are heading back
to Ohrid. Getting back to downtown Ohrid we visit the
National Ohrid Museum located in the house of Robevci.
The Robevci House is one of the finest examples of 19th
century Macedonian architecture. Today the house is
protected under the Institute for protection of cultural
monuments in Ohrid.
Free time for individual activities,after which we get back
to the hotel.
DAY 4
Ohrid - Bitola
We finish the day with some free time for walking
around Shirok Sokak or any other activities “in the city
of the consuls”.

tour at downtown Ohrid. The city is rich in picturesque
houses and monuments while tourism is predominant
because of the special natural and cultural surrounding
of the area. We will visit some of the most important
localities such as the old bazaar, the church of St. Sophia,
the church Mother of God (Perivleptos), the ancient
theatre, Tsar Samoil fortress, the archaeological site of
Plaoshnik, the church of St. John (Kaneo) and many others.
As an option you can visit a pearl shop where you can
observe and buy the worlds famous Ohrid pearls.
The tour continues towards Bitola. On the way we stop
at the archaeological site Heraclea Lyncestis. The city of

best preserved antique cities. We will than check in at
the hotel and have some time for refreshments. It is one
of the gratest Macedonian monuments of history that are

SIROK SOKAK - BITOLA
Following a busy night at Shirok Sokak we start our tour
with a little bit more time for rest and a relaxed breakfast.
The tour continues to the archeological site of Stobi, an
ancient town of Macedon, considered by many to be one
of the most famous archaeological site in Macedonia
Then we head towards the Stobi winery where you can
enjoy the Macedonian cuisine compiled with superb and
impeccable quality of the wines they produce.
After the Stobi tour, we continue our way towards the
Joakim Osogovski monastery complex in the vicinity of
the city of Kriva Palanka in the North-East of the country.
The Monastery of St. Joakim dates from the 11th century.
It is in these quiet areas around the monastery where the
anchorite monk St. Joakim Osogovski used to live. Today
the monastery is open to pilgrims, visitors, tourists,
travellers and well-wishers coming to worship beneath
the miraculous relics of St. Joakim kept in the monastery.
KOKINO - OLD OBSERVATORY
The oldest building in the monastery complex is
the small church of Nativity of the Virgin Mary
built between the 14th and 16th century on the
foundations of an older church from the 11th or
the 12th century. The architecture is in typical
Byzantine style and is one of the first medieval
churches on the territory of Macedonia.
Aftewards, we will visit the 4th oldest megalithic
observatory in the world Kokino, recognized by
NASA and listed side by side with ancient
observatories such as Stonehenge (Great Britain),
Abu Simbel (Egypt) and Angkor Wat (Cambodia).
We finish this tour heading back to Skopje.

ST. JOAKIM OSOGOVSKI

and check out. The first stop of our adventure is the
4th oldest megalithic observatory in the world Kokino,

observatories such as Stonehenge (Great Britain), Abu

you will see the century old secrets of harvesting the
wine grapes.
DAY 3
Strumica - Smolare Waterfall - Veljusa Monastery
Breakfast at the winery and departure for the city of
Strumica. We start the day with the trip to Smolare
waterfalls. It can be found above the village of Smolare
at an elevation of 630 meters located deep into the
mountain of Belasica where the springs of the Lomnica
River are hidden among the hundred years old trees.
We leave the waterfalls behind us and continue our trip
to Strumica. Strumica is the main agricultural city in
Macedonia and it has a developed economy and trade
which is provided by the location of the city itself.
The next location is the Veljusa monastery which is just
about 7 kilometers out of Strumica in a village named
Veljusa where typical village life takes place. All you need
to do to change the rural surroundings around you is to
cross the gate of the monastery and enter a place of

tranquility, humbleness and religion. After Veljusa Tour,
we will also visit the Vodocha monastery.
We finish the day with check-in at the mineral spa hotel
in Strumica. Free time in the spa-welness centre for

DAY 4
Prilep - Krushevo
After the breakfast we depart for Prilep. We will have a
glimpse of the city surroundings and the most famous
locations such as the village of Varosh, King Marko’s
Fortress and St. Archangel Michael Monastery. Varosh
Monastery complex includes foundations of necropolis
and settlements from the bronze and iron ages, thermal
spas from the Roman period and numerous well
preserved cultural and historical monuments from the
Middle Ages.
The tour continues to the city of Krushevo, a small
mountain town situated on an altitude of 1350 meters
which still preserves its 19th century architecture. It is
also home of the monuments Makedonium and Meckin
Kamen, both landmarks of the famous Ilinden uprising,
one of the most important days in the Macedonian
History. The day will end with checking in at a hotel.
DAY 5
Bitola - Heraclea - St. Naum
After the breakfast we depart for the city of Bitola. The
city of Bitola is an administrative, cultural, industrial,
commercial, and educational centre. It is located in the

We take our breakfast and departure for the city of Skopje.
First, We head to the National Park Mavrovo while visiting
St. John the Baptist (Bigorski) Monastery. According to the
Monastery's 1833 chronicle it was built in the year of 1020
by Ivan I Debranin. It was burned, pillaged and ruined
several times but reconstructed time after time. One of the
most valuable treasures of the Monastery is the iconostasis

After the tour in Mavrovo, we departure for the city
of Tetovo follows with an overview of the Sharena
Dzamija (Painted Mosque). The Painted Mosque was
built in the year of 1459 on the foundation of an
older edifice. An example of early Constantinople
style, this mosque is adorned with an elaborate
painted facade and interior, making it unique.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
1. CONTENT OF THE ARRANGEMENT
The organizer of the trip ensures implementation of
the arrangement according to the description of the
program. The contents of the arrangement will be
fulfilled as described, except in case of impact of
"force majeure", which could not be predicted
(war, terrorism, strike, natural disasters, traffic and
technical problems to transport, or similar).
2. BOOKING-AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT
Booking-contract for the travel is done until all
places are filled, with the advance payment of the
cost assigned to each program. Booking can be
made in Macedonia Holidays and Tours DOOEL
Skopje, and other agencies authorized to sell its
programs. When booking the traveler pays in
advance the full price of the arrangement. If the
traveler decides to cancel the trip the expenses
will be paid according to clause 6 “Cancelation
of the trip’’. When booking, the traveler signs an
application agreement with a statement - I declare
that I am familiar with the program and the General
Conditions of Travel, and I fully accept them, which
than, becomes a legal obligation for the organizer
and the traveler. Also by booking with us you agree
to receive periodical newsletters and special offers
by email. You can opt-out of the newsletter list
after the first email.
3. PRICE OF THE ARRANGEMENT
Prices for all tours are published in Euros, and are
automatically converted to Denars according to
currency exchange market regulations. Any
request for additional services means additional
payments. The organizer reserves the right to
change the price of the arrangement in case of
change of prices of hotels, transport and other
services, as well as in the case of changes in the
exchange market. The increasing of the price up
to 10% does not require the consent of the buyer
(calculated on the rest of the payment).
If In the period of 5 days the traveler does not
present a written form, informing the organizer
of cancelation of the trip, it is considered that
the traveler accepted the new price.
4. GRADING AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The organizer has the right to change the program
(in duration or content) in case of force majeure or
exceptional circumstances which could not be
predicted, avoided or removed. The traveler has
the right of a refund of the amount of unrealized
services. In rare cases when there is no possibility
for accommodation in the booked facility, for
technical reasons or for reasons beyond the
organizers control, the organizer will accommodate
the travelers with accommodation of the same or
higher category at no charge.
Occasionally, it may prove necessary for us to
cancel arrangements, for example, due to lack
of support making the arrangement economically
non-viable (all our trips operate subject to a
minimum number of participants). If we have to do
so, other than due to your default in payment, we
will offer you the choice of purchasing an alternative
arrangement of comparable standard if available
(and paying or receiving a refund in respect of any
price difference) or a full refund of all money paid
to us. In addition if we are forced to cancel your
arrangement we will notify you 30 days before the
departure or at the earliest and reasonably possible
date from your booking date past your 30 days,
except where the cancellation is made as a result
of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond
our control, the consequences of which we could not
have avoided even with all due care.
If you wish to cancel your holidays or accept a
reasonable alternative we offer you as a result of a
significant change, you must tell us within the time
mentioned when we notify you about the significant
change or if no time limit is mentioned, within 14 days
of our notification. If you do not do so, we are entitled
to assume that you wish to accept the new
arrangements.
5. CANCELLATION POLICIES
The traveler may at any time cancel the trip and it
should do so in written form. The date of the written
notice of cancellation is the basis for calculation and
payment of cancellation fees (in terms of the basic
price of the arrangement), according to the following
scale:
If the traveler changes the date of departure for the
same arrangement at least 15 days before the date
of a confirmed departure, if possible, the organizer
will make changes of the booking and will only charge
handling fees in the amount of 50 € / EUR after the
rebooking.
In the case of the traveler canceling the arrangement
before the trip, for reasons he could not predict, avoid
or eliminate (illness, injury or death in the immediate
family, natural disaster or similar) on the basis of a
valid certificate from the authorized authorities, the
cancellation fees scale (clause 6 “Cancelation of the
trip’’) is not applicable, but its only required to pay the
costs resulting from the cancellation of the arrangement,
made by the organizer who is otherwise obliged to pay
without right to refund.
If a traveler wants further insurances for the above -
unforeseen reasons for cancellation of the arrangement,
incurred between signing the contract for travel to the
beginning of the trip, we recommend acquiring travel
insurance from Insurance Company.
If the traveler cancels the arrangement after beginning of the
trip (during the trip or during the stay in the place of travel) due
to events that are a result of the impact of "force majeure"
(military events, terrorist acts, natural disasters, accidents or so)
that neither the traveler nor the organizers could anticipate,
avoid or eliminate, the organizer bears no responsibility nor
liability for refund of unrealized services, unless the final provider
of the services performs and accepts the same reimbursement.

6. DUTIES AND RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER OF THE JOURNEY
The organizer is obliged to take care for the realization of
services and the choice of the perpetrator of the services with
attention of a good organizer, and with care for the interests of
travelers in accordance with professional principles in tourism.
The organizer is obliged to allow the traveler all the services
listed for an individual arrangement in the program and is
responsible for the eventual failure of providing of the service
or part of the services. The organizer excludes any liability in
case of change and failure of providing of the services caused
by the effect of “force majeure” and the delay of the
transportation methods for which the carrier is not responsible
under the applicable regulations and international conventions.
The organizer of the trip does not accept any responsibility if
the diplomatic or consular mission refuses issuance of entry visa
or delay in issuing the visa, or if the emigration services of a
foreign country do not approve the entry of a traveler, nor for
any other consequences due to possible invalidity or loss of travel
documents of travelers. In these cases the traveler himself, pays
the additional fees.
7. DUTIES AND RIGHTS OF THE TRAVELER
The traveler is obliged to ensure that his documents and items
are eligible according to the border, customs, health and other
regulations of his country and the country of travel, to observe
the house rules in hospitality and hotel facilities and vehicles,
and cooperate with the representative /companion of the
perpetrator and the organizers of services in good faith. In
case of violation of these obligations, the traveler is liable to
the organizer for the damages.
Travelers who violate the order in the premises or vehicles may
be removed from the arrangement. The traveler is obliged to
possess a valid passport and inform the organizer of a need of
visa for the country of travel (or countries through which he
transits) and to ensure that there is time for acquiring the same.
The traveler is obliged to inform himself of the foreign currency
and customs regulations in his country and the countries that he
is traveling. The traveler is obliged for his personal belongings
including documents, cash and personal luggage for the
whole trip.
8. TRANSPORTATION
8-A. TRANSPORTATION BY PLANE
The traveler is obliged to get accustomed to the transportation
and its realization according to the rules and regulations.
Transport of travelers by air is governed by international rules of
air traffic and the rules of the airline company which in some
instances maybe hired by the organizer of the trip. For all air travel
by scheduled flights it is considered the travelers are flying in
economy class. In case of changing the scheduled time of departure
by the airline and the flight delay, the organizer of the trip does not
bear responsibility for any consequences caused by delay. In this case,
the organizer will continue with the trip schedule.
Disagreement of personal data provided to the organizer of the trip
with the data of the passport of the traveler (such as giving
abbreviated and incomplete names by the traveler) is often a reason
for issuing a new ticket, with extra costs that are borne by the
traveler or making the ticket invalid during the trip, that can have
serious consequences for the travelers. The traveler is responsible
for his ticket from the moment he gets it from the guide at the
airport or an officer of the agency. There is no opportunity for issuing
of another copy of the ticked, nor the boarding card. The traveler
fully bears the consequences of their loss or loss during the trip.
8-B. TRANSPORTATION BY BUS AND BUS TRANSFER
The bus transportation and bus transfers are performed with
standard tourist buses according to the regulations and criteria
that apply in countries where the bus carrier is registered which
is hired by the organizer of the trip. As a rule, no advance
scheduling of seats is available to travelers, or set way of changing
seats per day during the journey by bus. An exception may be some
bus trips, and in such cases this journey is regulated by a special
provision in the program of travel. In case of delay of the bus due
to weather conditions, exceptional traffic conditions, malfunctioning
of the same etc. the organizer of the trip bears no responsibility for
any resulting delays.
9. BAGGAGE
(Purely intended for advise of Macedonia Holidays and Tours
customers, for assistance with your baggage allowances or
regulations, please contact your carrier).
The traveler is entitled to a baggage allowance of 15 kg for charter
flights and 20 kg for regular flights. In charter bus transport, the free
baggage allowance is a travel bag (20 kg) per traveler. For every
kilo or an extra bag over the allowance, the traveler is charged
depending on the destination of the trip. Children under 2 years,
in flight transportation and children, who do not pay the bus fare,
have a baggage allowance in accordance with international rules.
As luggage, it is not allowed entry of merchandise, food, beverages,
drugs, narcotics, chemicals and other flammable tools, weapons,
animals, plants, containers and similar items. It is the traveler
responsibility to be present when placing and taking the baggage out
of the vehicle. During the implementation of the arrangement of travel
the traveler is responsible to take care of his luggage. Therefore we
recommend that before the trip takes place, the traveler acquires
Travel Insurance with luggage insurance through an insurance
condition manifests itself after the trip departure. Further, if the trip
company. The organizer is not liable for destroyed or lost luggage,
as well as lost luggage and valuables during the stay in the hotel
(we recommend renting a safe box at the hotel reception).
10. HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS
The traveler is obliged to inform himself at the competent medical
institution to comply with health regulations for travel to certain
countries (need for a vaccine or health document). In case of illness
or accident during the actual arrangement, the costs of treatment
or possible medical interventions are paid by the traveler. Therefore
we recommend that before the beginning of the trip the traveler
acquires Travel Insurance, through an Insurance company at the
country of origin.
11. ACCOMMODATION IN ROOMS AND APARTMENTS
If the traveler-renter has not agreed on a room / apartment with
special features, he will accept any officially registered room /
apartment accommodation in the agreed facility, described in
the tour offer. If possible, the organizer will try to address the
additional requirements of the occupant (comfort, orientation
of room, floor, etc.) but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of that
requirement. Usually the check-in in the rooms is from 2:00 pm
and check-out is by 10:00 am (if not otherwise stated by the house
rules).
12. RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTSRESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS
In case of a defective or low quality performance of services, the
traveler is entitled to adequate compensation, only if accompanied
by a written complaint to the organizer. Each traveler - holder
(signee) of the contract has the right of appeal based on the agreed
service that was not provided. The organizer will not accept
submitting a complaint of a group of holders based on same complaint.
Procedure for filing a complaint - The complaint for the inadequate
service should be made right on the spot with the representative of
the organizer, or if he/she is not available than the complaint should
be made with the provider of the service. The traveler is obliged to
cooperate with the representative and the service provider in good
faith, so the reasons for the complaint can be resolved. If the traveler
does not accept the proposed solution to the complaint on the spot,
which corresponds to the paid service, the organizer will not accept
the additional claims of the traveler and will not act in response to it:
- If the reason for the complaint is not resolved, the traveler and the
representative shall prepare a written complaint (report).
- Not later than 8 days after completion of the arrangement, the
traveler submits a written complaint to the point of sale where he
paid the arrangement, and submits the written confirmation (report)
signed by the representative and any receipts for additional costs.
The organizer will receive in procedure only fully documented
complaints filed in the stated period of 8 days.
- The organizer is required to issue a written decision within 14 days
of receipt of the complaint, at the point of sale. The organizer may
postpone the date of the decision of the appeal for receiving complete
information and verification of these claims with the providers of
these services. The organizer will address only those claims for
which the reason for their occurrence could not be removed at
the place of occurrence.
- Until the organizer does not make a decision on the complaint,
the traveler waives the mediation of any other person, court
proceedings or providing information to the media. Any failure
of the buyer-traveler to do the same or breach of the ongoing
procedure with any activity mentioned or not, will give the cause
for rejection of these complaints, termination of the ongoing
procedure and filing a complaint before the competent authorities
by the organizers for damage recovery and impaired reputation
in public.
- The highest fee on the complaint can reach an amount up to the
amount of the objected services, but it cannot include services
already used and the total amount of the arrangement. This excludes
the right of the buyer for recovery of "Ideal Damages."
13. JURISDICTION OF THE COURT
In accordance with clause 13th of these conditions, the purchaser
of services from the certain program has the right to complain to
the organizer of the trip. If the buyer is not satisfied with the decision
of the organizer he has the right to request additional arbitration and
opinion by the Court of Honor by the competent Court in Republic
of Macedonia
