2. <strong>Minutes</strong> of the last <strong>AGM</strong> <br />
The minutes of the last <strong>AGM</strong> 13 May 2014 were read and approved. <br />
Proposed by Barbara Rickitt <br />
Seconded by Sue Steele <br />
Jo Pavey-‐Morris duly signed the minutes. <br />
3. Chair’s Report <br />
Jo read her report for the year 2014/2015 which can be found on the website <br />
www.isle-‐abbotts.org.uk. It was agreed that the report would be posted on the <br />
website and referred to when agreeing the minutes at the next <strong>AGM</strong>. <br />
It was brought to our attention that the previous <strong>AGM</strong> <strong>Minutes</strong> were not on the <br />
website. Dave Bradshaw our webmaster will be asked to investigate. <br />
Jo, on behalf of the Committee, thanked everyone -‐ Committee members, <br />
volunteers and function attendees -‐ for all their assistance and support.
4. Treasurer’s Report and presentation of accounts <br />
Jo circulated the annual finance report for 2014/2015 showing an opening balance of <br />
£10,715.62 as of 5.4.14 and a closing balance of £12,034.20 as of 5.4.15. <br />
The £12,034.20 has been allocated to the following accounts:-‐ <br />

Jenny Byrom was thanked for her Treasurership and Karl Adams was thanked for <br />
auditing the accounts. <br />
It was confirmed that we are not exceeding any monetary thresholds set down by <br />
the Charities Commission and meet all our financial obligations. <br />
5. Appointment of Elected Members <br />
Jenny Byrom stood down as Treasurer but all other members were happy to <br />
continue – Jo Pavey-‐Morris, Maureen Boyman and Mandy Hughes. These members <br />
were proposed by Sue Steele and seconded by Martin Rickitt. <br />
Tracey Lanfear was newly elected and proposed by Sue Steele and seconded by <br />
Martin Rickitt. <br />
Officer posts to be elected at the committee meeting following the <strong>AGM</strong>. <br />
6. Notification of appointment of Representative Members <br />
Tracy Lanfear is standing down as representative for the Playgroup and Emily <br />
Colenso for Keep Fit and Bob Pix for the Parish Council. <br />
The Singing Group have nominated David Sutcliffe, the Playgroup Sam Dean, the <br />
Parish Council Steve Morris and the Social Committee Emily Watts. The PCC have <br />
not nominated a representative for the third year.
