Chris Anderson, Winona State, served as an original member on the National Technology Committee that established the first online community for Deltasigs. He has served as a District Director, a frequent presenter, and also helped organize several Minnesota area conferences. Chris advocates for the Ann Marie Janes/Kappa Upsilon Scholarship Fund established through the Leadership Foundation and stays involved through Twin Cities Alumni Chapter. Jami Ball, Western State Colorado, stayed involved serving as both the Intermountain and the Desert Mountain Regional Director and serving on the Alumni Development, Organizational Development and Professional Development Committees. She also supports the Leadership Foundation as a Deltasig For Life Donor. She is a member of the Los Angeles Alumni Chapter and a District Director. Beyond Campus Rick Flynn, Missouri-St. Louis, served as a District Director, St. Louis Alumni Chapter President, and on the National Professional Development Committee. As a regular donor and a member of various committees, Brother Flynn is a long-time supporter of the Leadership Foundation. Becky Gradl, Valparaiso, served as a District Director, Chicago Alumni Chapter officer and as the 2015 Congress Host Chair. Becky received Entrepreneur level recognition from the Leadership Foundation for more than $10,000 in donations. Alison Solotoroff, Drake, was chair of the Chapter Efficiency Index Revision Task Force under GP Randy Hultz, served as a member of the Marketing Committee and was involved in developing the original volunteer leadership training program. She remains involved as a session presenter and Foundation donor. Shanda Gray, Missouri State, began working for the Fraternity in 1999 and is now Associate Executive Director and Leadership Foundation Executive Vice President. Before being employed by the Fraternity, Shanda was a Regional Director and the 1992 National District Director of the Year. She is a long-time supporter of the Leadership Foundation as a 10K Club Member and a Deltasig For Life Donor. Mike and Debbie Sinclair, both South Florida-Tampa, started teaching at South Florida University in St. Petersburg, where they participated in the installation of a new chapter there, both serving as Chapter Advisor, and continue to be involved by attending the chapter’s meetings and events.
