Add /usr/local/texlive/2015/texmf-dist/doc/man to MANPATH

Most importantly, add /usr/local/texlive/2015/bin/i386-linux
to your PATH for current and future sessions.

Now install make4ht. Make sure it goes to ~/texmf/scripts/lua/make4ht and to set the path to point to
the above as well.
No need to install lua as it comes with TL
