Cut the double sided profiles in preferred length and
prepare a steel plate sheet in size corresponding to the
profiles. Cut two pieces of SM-35 matching the height
and one piece of SM-35 matching the width of the steel
plate sheet.
Cut 45 degree angles on both sides of the shorterSM-35
profile A and on one side on the longer SM-35 profiles B.
3. Put double sided acrylic tape on the SM-35 profiles C.

Assemble the frame by attaching the steel plate sheet to
the SM-35 profiles.
Put adhesive magnetic tape on the back of the double
sided profiles where the railed side is used for text inserts
D and attach to the frame.

On the double sided profiles where the flat side is used
for text the adhesive magnet tape needs to be put on 3
mm PVC before attached to the back of the profile E.

The plastic inserts for text used with the railed side of the
double sided profiles can be divided for easier change of
individual names G.
7. Remove individual profiles easily from the sign with
a suction cup H.
