newly constructed buildings. All dealer<br />
inventory buildings are delivered free<br />
within 50 miles of the dealer’s location.<br />
This delivery service includes the setup<br />
of your building by ensuring the proper<br />
leveling and the correct operation of doors<br />
and windows. Our typical delivery is 10 –<br />
15 business days. We are committed to<br />
delivering your building in a safe and timely<br />
manner. Delivery time can be affected by<br />
weather and holidays. Please consult a<br />

We offer an expedited delivery service for our<br />
customers who are in the immediate need<br />
of their building. This service guarantees<br />
delivery of your building within 7 business<br />
days from the contract date for a $100<br />
service charge. We guarantee this delivery<br />
by paying you, the customer, $250 if we<br />
fail to deliver by the 7th business day.<br />
Conditions of Expedited Delivery<br />
1. <strong>Quality</strong> Buildings, Inc. retains the<br />
right to extend the 7 business day<br />
period by the number of delivery days<br />
prevented due to inclement weather.<br />
2. Customer must accept the<br />
first available delivery date<br />
and time given by <strong>Quality</strong><br />
Buildings, Inc. delivery staff.<br />
3. Subject to change during holidays.<br />
*Lease purchase customers who qualify<br />
