“My favorite Chris memory is him
dancing shirtless along with the weird
guy who danced really intensely on
the street corner in front of Butcher &
The Boar that one time. I also believed
Maureen on my first day when she
told me he was homeless for about 5
minutes and then I realized that he did,
in fact, have a home and that was just
Maureen’s sense of humor.”

I first started working at Solve, only
Maureen, Chris, & I were at the office
one day. We closed up shop early and
heading over to Carmichael Lynch for
a roof top concert they were having.
I got to hang out with Chris and he
introduced me to some industry peeps.
It was great having him in my corner,
at an event where I was so out of place.
You will be missed Chilly. Wishing you
all the best as you continue to climb

Chilly stories (certainly no shortage of
humorous, embarrassing moments).
Gotta say my favorite was how Chris
performed during the Founders pitch.
He stepped up, grabbed the reins and
showed what a collaborative and
prolific creative force he can be. Chris
has come a long way since he first rode
the elevator up to the old dank, dark
Solve space three years ago. It’s been
a pleasure being his teammate and
watching him in action. Kick some ass
in your next chapter, Chilly. Looking
forward to catching up with you at our
next rock show.

when we built the Bentley pitch. Chill,
Matthew and I were the only creatives
in the office that week and on the last
night before the final ICR with the guys
we were at the office till well after
midnight. And even though we had a
ton of work to do still, we broke out the
bourbon, cranked up the tunes, danced
around and worked our butts off. It was
a good reminder that working hard,
doesn’t always have to be hard :)”

we talked of often, regaling Solve
newcomers with our tale. It’s not a
single memory, but a series of events
that took place over the course of 30 or
so hours.
It all began with Pautz proudly telling
us about the $60 hotel room “really
close to the airport.” I think you know
the rest.
I’ll never think of Chris without
remembering this trip we took mere
days into our time at Solve together.
It’s what cemented our friendship, and
despite fearing for my life that night in
the Manchester Econolodge, I wouldn’t
change a thing about it.”

delivers. It’s one of the many things I
will miss about him.”
