connect before. Our goal at CCT is to provide high-end performance cable
wherever the need arises; to Cable the World.
Convergent Connectivity Technology was created out of a strong desire to
manufacture a wide assortment of wire and cable at competitive pricing without
compromising quality. We wanted to produce a product that was Beyond the
Standard of the industry. Our team’s 35 years of combined experience allows us
multiple environments for numerous industries.
Our Hudson Valley, NY facility features around the clock production
with in-house manufacturing, engineering, quality control, packaging and
shipping departments. Having multiple departments under one roof allows
for a continual examination of every aspect of operation and gives us the
ability to achieve the maximum level of performance.
We are known throughout the industry as a company with quick
turn-around time on standard cable, because we place our focus
on serving the needs of our customers before anything else.
This philosophy has also given us recognition for our ability
to manufacture customized options. We take pride in
knowing the product we provide is of the highest possible
quality, that our pricing structure is competitive and that

Eric Muhlrad - President, CCT
Eric has spent his entire life in and around the wire and cable
industry. Beginning as a teenager, Eric spent his summers working
department. His need to understand each area of the industry was
driven by his aspiration to one day rise to a management position.
Upon graduation, Eric attended George Washington University.
He began college as an engineering major but realized that a
business degree was more suited to his career goals.
Eric’s innovation, prevalent even during his college years, compelled him to seek and ultimately craft a
major that was not offered at the university at the time, a BA in Small Business Management.
In 1999, Eric returned home and began his career working as an inside sales person at Remee Wire and
sale, but for the relationship he developed with the client and the personal interaction that led to the
opening of additional accounts. His dedication to customers and his desire to continually exceed their
expectations resulted in Eric's promotion to the position of Vice President of International Sales.
Eric began working with the team at CCT, as the Manager of Business Development. His focus was to
develop new markets bringing high performance wire and cable wherever it is needed. In his current
role as president, he utilizes his talents to bring innovation to the wire and cable industry by challenging
his team to provide a product that is Beyond the Standard.
When he isn’t Cabling the World, Eric devotes his time and talents to help remove the stigma
associated with spinal cord injuries by serving on the board of two spinal cord injury foundations.

David Schwartz - Regional Sales Manager
Prior to his 4 years at CCT, David worked for Nissan North America in the sales
and marketing department. He takes great pride in being able to care for his
in the process of providing custom designed cable.
David is a graduate of Monmouth University’s Leon Hess School of Business.
He received an academic grant to study business administration with a
concentration in marketing. Upon graduation, he spent some time working in
sales.
Agata Wojcik - Regional Sales Manager
Agata has worked in the wire and cable industry for over 25 years.
She has learned the industry from the ground up working in the spooling,
braiding and shipping departments. She spent years running the shipping
department before making the move to CCT.
As a regional sales manager, Agata enjoys making each client feel like they are
her only customer. Her love of people and understanding of the importance
of developing relationships with clients make her a valuable member of the CCT team.
Originally from Poland, Agata came to this country to make a better life for herself. She taught
herself to read and write English while working full-time and is now a proud citizen of The United
States.

Mary Lou Van Sise - Director of Operations
Prior to her 4 years at CCT, she gained 16 years of experience in the wire
and cable industry working with Cabling Systems Supply. At CCT, Mary Lou
does a little bit of everything. When she sees a need, she steps in and takes
care of it, streamlining processes to make everything run smoothly.
Mary Lou graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in biology.
Upon graduation, she worked as a microbiology researcher in Princeton, NJ.
re-entered the workforce as assistant to the president at Cabling Systems Supply. Her desire to learn
was never extinguished. Mary Lou has stepped up every time there was a need. As a result,
she currently serves as CCT's Director of Operations. She enjoys the fast paced environment
of the industry and hopes to continue to learn and grow with CCT.
