It is with great pleasure that I write this message on the occasion of the second Intra
company Cricket Day organized by the staff of the Eco Power Group.
I am certain that this occasion will be yet another opportunity for the staff to meet on
the cricket field and promote the interaction and trust which was facilitated by the
inaugural Cricket Day held in 2013.
One team may win the Trophy but all of us in the Group will be winners!
I wish you all an entertaining day's cricket and fellowship, and may the team spirit that is
exhibited on the field pervade the entire Eco Power Group and through you to your
loved ones.

message’s Message
Organized by the staff 'Eco Power Cricket Tournament' is here again for the second time!
In life, on the field and at work we face tough challenges and as the famous Brazilian soccer
player Pele said 'the more difficult the victory, the greater the happiness in winning'.
Three weeks ago organizing this event during a very busy part of the year looked impossible but,
now a reality due to the efforts of a dedicated Team of Volunteers. The Challenge Trophy will be
won by the best Team on the day, but there will be no losers as all would have fun and fellowship.
While we hold this Tournament, at the Power Plants in Sri Lanka and in Ishasha and also at our
Rwimi Site in Uganda, our Teams continue to keep the work fronts going. That's the Team Spirit!
Tomorrow will bring us many a challenge and we know that Eco Power Team is tough enough to
win the tallest of them! In that, the interaction and the team spirit we develop and display would
be our insurance.
My sincere thanks to the organizers, participants and to those who keep the work fronts going!
