space of a domestic property.
Roof rooms must have a fixed staircase - loft
ladders leading to a room due not qualify as a
room in the roof.

Eco Carbon Traders FREE Retro Room in Roof Insulation operates through
funding from ECO - CSCO URBAN, CSCO RURAL WITH BENEFITS and
CSCO RURAL WITHOUT BENEFITS.
All domestic RIR properties in these areas qualify as long as property
owner’s permission is given in writing. (All paperwork will be provided.)
ECT will require a completed customer survey pack along with a GDAR
for each property.
Photo’s should include all property external elevations, proof of no
existing RIR insulation, proof of cavity wall fill and positions of existing
access points. If access panels are required to be fitted please mark
clearly on RIR survey page 1 the whereabouts.

Roof Room Property Types

Please ensure dorma is positioned at least 5 tiles up in roof area as this
ensures there is adequate stud wall access to fit.
Firstly check flat ceiling area (if accessible) has not had grant
insulation fitted, if this is the case we cannot insulate that property.

loft residual if required.
