PERSONNEL PLAN<br />
A Standards of Training,<br />
Certification and Watchkeeping<br />
(STCW) certified captain and<br />
crew will be responsible for the<br />
operation and maintenance of the<br />
ship. The crew will consist of a<br />
Captain, First Mate, Second Mate,<br />
Bosun and a Cook all of whom<br />
will be supported by the trainees<br />
aboard.<br />
