SINCE 1949 OUR BOATS HAVE BEEN A SHINING EXAMPLE OF RELIABLE, 

HIGH-QUALITY YACHT-BUILDING IN THE NETHERLANDS. FOR DECADES 

LINSSEN HAS BEEN THE FAVOURITE BRAND NAME FOR BOATERS WHO

The immediate predecessor of the Linssen 9 Series is the Grand Sturdy 

Series. In the mid-1970s, the Linssen Series of that time – initially called 

“St. Jozef Vlet” and subsequently renamed “Classic Sturdy” – were already 

very popular and have retained their value and unique style to this day. 

The modern Linssen 9 Series is the direct descendant of these famous 

yachts, which have made their contribution to the powerful image of the 

Linssen brand from the outset. 

The Linssen 9 Series is the new standard for all the high-end yachts 

MADE BY LINSSEN and, with its many variants, is the most comprehensive 

series of steel yachts in Europe.

The desire to save fuel is not based solely on idealism but, achieving an 

average consumption of 4 - 7 litres an hour, it also represents real pro- 

gress. And that’s impressive because, when all is said and done, it is a 

few tonnes of steel that you are sailing smoothly and elegantly through 

the water – despite the economical engine. Our smaller models can also 

be supplied with hybrid engines. 

In addition, the design of the 9 Series focused on modern construction 

methods that provide increased comfort and relaxation and guarantee 

excellent cruising characteristics.

THE 25.9: 

SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL! 

SINCE 2010, THE 25.9 HAS ADDED THREE GREAT VARIANTS TO THE 

LINSSEN 9 SERIES. 

It’s astonishing to see how well constructed and fully equipped this 

yacht is at a mere 25 ft. It’s very rare to find a full-size cabin with a double 

bed and a spacious saloon with complete galley as well as a head and 

separate shower on a boat of this size.

No matter which type of 25.9 you prefer, you will always have a genuine

30 FT AND ABOVE! 

Just sit back, take a deep breath and relax without a care in the world 

– that’s what you look for on the water. The precondition for this 

is that the boat you’re sailing on generates a calm atmosphere. So 

what you want is a Linssen LIFE UTILITY YACHT, which provides you 

with all the comfort you deserve! 

THAT’S WHY THE MODELS BETWEEN 30 AND 36 FT FORM THE BASIS OF 

THE 9 SERIES. 

These are compact and at the same time generously proportioned 

yachts. The single-level principle on the 9 Series provides much more 

living space and comfort on board than is usual on 9-11 metre boats. 

For example, immediately in front of the engine room you will find a 

small “basement” (model 34.9 and above) which you can easily reach 

through a large sole hatch. On the Sedan models, the double teak doors 

create an ideal connection between the saloon and the open cockpit.

The AC models feature 4 permanent berths in 2 cabins and, thanks to the 

EASY SLEEP CONVERT SYSTEM, you can create 2 additional berths in the 

saloon. On model 30.9 and above you can also choose between a variant 

with 2 heads (1 additional head in the aft cabin*) and a variant with a larger 

“walk-in” cupboard at the rear. You will always have a spacious shower unit 

on board! 

THANKS TO THEIR TECHNICAL RELIABILITY, EASE OF OPERATION AND 

EXCELLENT PRICE/QUALITY RATIO, THE AC MODELS ARE THE MOST 

POPULAR IN THE 9 SERIES. THEY ARE ALSO EXTREMELY WELL SUITED

Each boat trip has a character all of its own. Once in a while everything is 

peaceful and calm and at other times rough and changeable and some- 

times you really have to make an effort to maintain a straight course! 

The determining factor is always how you decide to travel! Preferably 

on a boat that withstands the test of criticism, radiates inner peace and 

always looks fantastic! 

OUR 9 SERIES MODELS 40 FT AND ABOVE ARE REMARKABLE BECAUSE 

OF THEIR EVEN HIGHER QUALITY STANDARDS. 

The sturdy and yet elegant appearance of these models will draw admi- 

ring glances in every marina you moor in. Each Grand Sturdy 40 ft and 

above is an imposing presence with many hidden gems. From the 40.9 

onwards, these yachts provide living space for as many as eight people. 

On board you have two convenient heads, a shower, a spacious galley 

and a generously proportioned saloon with bench seating and a sepa- 

rate dinette. 

The efficient layout of these yachts gives an unparalleled impression of 

space. 

VERY IMPRESSIVE ON THE INSIDE TOO. 

Below the hatch in the open cockpit on the Sedan models you will find 

a substantial amount of space in which to store bicycles or other luggage. 

Lifting up the steps in the front of the boat will also give you access 

to the unique “basement” which is so characteristic of the 9 Series. A

AT 14.30 METRES, OUR 45.9 IS SIMPLY THE MOST SPACIOUS TOURING 

YACHT IN THE 9 SERIES AND GUARANTEES YOU A LUXURIOUS AND

The 45.9 is absolutely unsurpassed when it comes to giving the best impres- 

sion of space that a yacht can. Its perfect layout provides plenty of privacy

The guest cabins can easily accommodate four to eight guests. The generously

Both the Sedan and the AC from the Linssen 9 Series are equipped with 

the EASY SLEEP CONVERT SYSTEM*. This system enables you to convert 

the saloon bench seat into a full-size double bed in no time at all. 

By simply removing the saloon table and cushions, you can pull the settee 

out, and a slatted base appears automatically. Replace the cushions again 

to create a comfortable bed for two people.

THE WAY IN WHICH A DINGHY IS ATTACHED TO A MOTOR YACHT IS NOT 

USUALLY VERY STYLISH. MOSTLY, PEOPLE COBBLE TOGETHER A MAKE- 

SHIFT SOLUTION, E.G. THE DINGHY IS EITHER TOO BIG OR TOO HEAVY. 

ALTHOUGH A DINGHY HAS MANY PRACTICAL BENEFITS, IT OFTEN GETS 

IN THE WAY. 

That’s why you should first ask yourself “WHAT EXACTLY DO I WANT TO 

USE MY DINGHY FOR?” 

Mostly, dinghies are used for practical purposes, e.g., for a trip to the 

village to get some breakfast, to inspect the mooring or anchor line or 

to clean the hull of your yacht. 

Obviously, the choice of a dinghy is largely dictated by the physical con- 

ditions. To prevent this choice from resulting in disappointment, we 

state specifically where the (physical) boundary lies in the relationship 

between the dinghy and the mother ship.

THE INGENIOUS 

SECURING SYSTEM 

FOR DINGHIES 

For the Linssen Grand Sturdy 25.9, 30.9, 34.9 and 36.9 we have put to- 

gether a COMPLETE DINGHY PACKAGE*, consisting of a sophisticated se- 

curing system on the bathing platform and a holder for the outboard mo- 

tor on the stern. The package is suitable for securing a Zodiac Cadet 260 

with a max. 2.5 HP outboard motor. 

Linssen Grand Sturdy 40.9s, 43.9s and 45.9s are also available with a ma- 

nual SECURING SYSTEM FOR DINGHIES*. This system can likewise accom- 

modate a Zodiac Cadet 260 with a max. 2.5 HP outboard motor. 

Linssen Yachts has developed a unique hydraulic tender lift for a Zodiac 

Yachtline with a max. 8 HP outboard motor. With one press of the button 

you can easily operate the INGENIOUS TENDER LIFT to launch the dinghy 

or lift it out of the water.
