Prospect Mortgage was founded in 2007 with a very simple mission:<br />
create a purchase-loan-focused mortgage company that is nimble enough to<br />
thrive in any market environment and can compete with the best companies in<br />
the industry. Less than a decade later, that’s exactly what we have built.<br />
From the beginning, Prospect Mortgage understood that the opportunistic and<br />
cyclical nature of the refinance market did not present an enduring business<br />
model for success. We knew that sustainable, long-term success required<br />
building a results-oriented, purchase-loan business. We hired the right people,<br />
made prudent investment decisions and developed the best relationships. The<br />
goal has always been to be well positioned to take advantage of opportunities<br />
in the purchase-mortgage space under a range of business conditions.<br />
Through hard work and dedication to a purchase-mortgage-focused strategy,<br />
Prospect Mortgage has built a business platform that we believe is sustainable<br />
in any market environment.<br />
In spite of the ever-evolving nature of the mortgage industry, we continue<br />
