HOW TO SUPPORT OUR HAWKEYES
Carver-Hawkeye Arena Enhancement/Dale and
Marilyn Howard Family Pavilion,September 2011
In addition to the annual fund (I-Club) and
Hawkeye Visions Endowment program, there are
other ways to support Our Hawkeyes:
Capital Projects
Capital campaigns are designed to provide Our
Hawkeyes with the best facilities and equipment
needed to train and compete with the best in the
Big Ten Conference and the nation. These projects
showcase the commitment to our current and
future Hawkeyes.
The UI Athletics Department is 100 percent selfsupporting
and, as such, receives no state tax
dollars. Therefore, the cost of any capital project
will be funded with private philanthropic support
from fans of the Hawkeyes, friends of the UI, and
departmental revenues.
