LIGHT SCULPTURES<br />
The Bigua chair, artfully designed<br />
by Carlos Motta, manufactured by<br />
Butzke and presented by LĀLO was<br />
inspired by the anatomy of the<br />
Brazilian Bigua bird. The slats<br />
mimic the bird’s plumage creating<br />
elegant lines, swooping curves and<br />
comfort inspired by nature.<br />

Artist Timothy J. Ferrie blends the<br />
functionality of light with the<br />
intrinsic qualities of art to create<br />
Lightsculptures. Copper tubing<br />
comes to life in each hand made,<br />
one-of-a-kind piece. The copper is<br />
manipulated to achieve the desired<br />
curvature, balance and symmetry<br />
and an assortment of chemical and<br />
paint finishes bring each piece to<br />
life. The collection includes<br />
chandeliers, floor lights, table lights<br />
and sconces. Pieces are custom<br />
designed to enhance any space<br />
and each has its own story to tell.<br />
