RefectoCIl Eyelash Perm with collagen and cysteine gives your lashes a 

wonderful curl, letting the eyes appear lager and more expressive. At the 

same time the eyelashes are nourished. Unlike mechanical lash curlers 

RefectoCil Eyelash Perm gently forms the eyelashes with the curl lasting up 

to 6 weeks. Collagen is one of the commonly occurring structural proteins in 

the human body. Together with the amino acid cysteine, proved to contribute 

to hair development, these active ingredients nourish and protect the 

eyelashes during treatment, allowing them to appear groomed and fuller. 

The application is simple, safe and takes about 45 minutes. With the choice of four different roller sizes 

you can achieve the perfect eyelash curvature for each customer – independent of eyelash length or 

eyelash form. RefectoCil Eyelash Perm provides a service in your salon that your clients will be 

enthusiastic about. One kit is enough for 54 applications. 

Note: After using the RefectoCil Eyelash perm the application time of the RefectoCil Eyelash tint is 

reduced to only 2 minutes. For optimum care of curled and tinted lashes we recommend RefectoCil

Charming chestnut - For a harmonious look! 

NEW AND IMPROVED FORMULA: The new and optimized formula offers two essential advantages: 

1. RefectoCil No. 4 chestnut is now ready to mix with every other RefectoCil Colour and therefore 

offers a multitude of new tinting opportunities. 

2. The shorter application time of only 10 minutes allows working even more efficiently. 

Whether chestnut, mahogany or copper, red is at present the trendy hair colour. An absolute MUST for a 

harmonious look is the perfect colour match of eyebrows and hair! For those who like, even the 

eyelashes can be tinted accordingly. In order to do so, use the new RefectoCil No. 4 chestnut. 

With RefectoCil No. 4 chestnut you will receive a 

wonderful result in a red-brown tone of chestnut. The 

tinting result will be more intensive the lighter the 

natural hair colour is. When used on light blonde to 

light brown hair, the result will be very intense. From 

medium brown hair on the result will be more discreet

Radiant Red - For the ultimate look! 

Intensive red hair colours are in this season! In the past clients have often not been completely satisfied 

with the result, because their new look was not harmonious. The hair was dyed in the desired red colour, 

but the eyebrows and eyelashes could not be matched to the new hair colour and were tinted with brown 

or pure black. For an ultimate look the eyebrows must be matched to the hair colour. In order to do so, 

use the new RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tint No. 4.1 red. 

With RefectoCil No. 4.1 red you receive a beautiful red colour. The tinting result is intensive when used 

on light blond to medium blond hair. A dark red is achieved on dark blond hair to medium brown hair and 

from dark brown hair on you achieve a chestnut lustre. 

Instructions: Extended application time to 10-20 minutes! For a more intense colour effect lighten the 

eyebrows beforehand with RefectoCil Blonde Brow. 

Tip: For best results apply regularly. The tint can 

then absorb deeply into the hair and with each 

application the hair will be tinted more intensely and 

with increasing durability. Please read the 

instructions of use.

Refectocil Bleaching paste Nr. 0 is now called 

RefectoCil Blonde Brow 

To lighten eyebrows up to 3 shades 

Mixed with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Creme, RefectoCil Blonde Brow enables salons to LIGHTEN 

eyebrows up to 3 shades. It was developed to meet all regulations applicable for bleaching eyebrows. 

Why are eyebrows lightend? 

1. To lighten untreated eyebrows 

Clients with dyed blond hair, whose natural colour is black or brown, will be surprised! In the past “false 

blonds” could easily be identified, because of the too prominent or dark eyebrows. This belongs to the 

past now! From now on eyebrows can be lightened with RefectoCil Blonde Brow up to 3 shades and 

by this matched perfectly with the shade of bleached/dyed blond head hair. 

2. To lighten before a tint* 

Often the natural eyebrow colour is too dark for the desired tint colour. By lightning eyebrows with 

Blonde Brow and then following with a tint, various colour results (even lighter tints) can be achieved. 

3. To be able to tint grey, white or bristly eyebrows 

These types of eyebrows are often not able to take up the tint due to their special structure. Lightening 

the untreated hair with Blonde Brow first, allows for a tint afterwards.

APPLICATION 

Which RefectoCil products are needed? 

Blonde Brow, Oxidant 3% Cream, Cosmetic Dish, Cosmetic Brush Gold 

Before tinting: for a gentle cleansing of the eyebrows use the non-oily RefectoCil Eye Make-Up 

Remover. In order to achieve the best possible tinting results the eyebrows must be dry and free of oil. 

Preparation of tint: Immediately before tinting, mix 2 cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow and 20-25 drops of 

RefectoCil Oxidant Cream in the RefectoCil Cosmetic Dish using the enclosed RefectoCil Cosmetic 

Brush gold and blend into a creamy paste for at least 2 minutes (Pic. 2). 

Lightning: After the customer has closed her eyes, apply the paste with the cosmetic brush to the 

eyebrows. 

Attention: the hairs have to be completely covered from root to tip. Also work against the direction of 

growth. An even tint can only be achieved if the eyebrows are completely covered and no hair is visible 

(Pic. 3). 

Application time: 5 to 20 minutes depending on the desired lightening shade. 

Example based on natural colour 5N Lightening of Time

Cleansing: at the end of the application time, remove paste with RefectoCil Eye Make-Up Remover. 

* Important note: TINT AFTER LIGHTENING: Please take care that eyebrows need to be oil free before 

tinting. Also note that lightend eyebrows take on colour quicker and more intensely than untreated hair. 

The intensity of the tint can vary depending on the structure of the hair and the lightning shade. We 

suggest, depending on the desired result, an application time of 1 to 5 minutes.

The easy way of eyelash tinting! Fast, simple, safe. 

The innovative RefectoCil SiliconePads make eyelash tinting as simple as never before! They facilitate 

eyelash tinting considerably and increase the profitability in your salon, and the treatment becomes more 

comfortable for the clients. 

The RefectoCil SiliconePads are self-adhesive and anti-slip and the soft high-tech 

silicone perfectly adjusts to every eye form. The pads are 100% impermeable and can 

be used up to 100 times. After each application they have to be cleansed with water or 

liposoluble washing-up liquid, after cleansing they are immediately ready for reuse. 

Application: 1. Apply RefectoCil SiliconePads with the glossy side onto the skin, 

directly below the eye lid and press them gently on the skin. 2. Apply the RefectoCil 

eyelash tint. 3. After the application time remove the eyelash tint directly on the silicone 

pads with a wet cotton swab. 4. Cleansing. If further cleaning is desired, this can be

EXTRA protection against staining of the skin 

RefectoCil Eye protection papers EXTRA protect the lower eyelids of the client against unwanted 

staining by a special, impenetrable coating. The extra soft material and the shape of the papers are 

especially comfortable for the client. 

The special coating on the upper side prevents the tint from penetrating into the RefectoCil Eye 

protection papers EXTRA, therefore providing extra protection from tint colouring the skin – all tint 

remains on the eyelashes only. The special shape of the papers enable easy handling for the user and a 

perfect fit and optimum skin protection for the client. 

Application: Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream on the underside of the RefectoCil Eye 

protection paper EXTRA and ask your client to look upwards. Now softly apply the paper underneath 

the lower eyelashes right to the edge of the client’s eyelids.

Protection against staining of the skin 

RefectoCil Eye protection papers protect the lower eyelids of the client against unwanted staining. 

Application: Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream on the underside of the RefectoCil Eye 

Protection Paper and ask your client to look upwards. Now softly apply the paper underneath the lower 

eyelashes right to the edge of the client’s eyelids.

with Shea Butter, Almond Oil, Chamomile, Vitamin E and D- 

Panthenol 

The RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream – new in the handy and hygienic tube packing – replaces the 

present skin protection cream in the jar. It was especially developed as a protection and care cream for 

eyelash and eyebrow tinting. In addition to the even better tint impermeability the new formula provides 

intense care on a natural basis! 

Due to the new paraffin-, silicone oil and PEG- free formulation the RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream 

meets the highest standards. It is free of allergenic fragrances and thus specially suitable for the 

sensitive eye area. 

The special care formula containing shea butter, almond oil, chamomile, vitamin E and D – panthenol 

protects the skin from harmful environmental influences and helps the skin to stay beautiful and healthy. 

The RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream acts re-fatting and waterrejecting and is therefore the ideal

The cream alternative to Oxidant 3% liquid 

In addition to the developer RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid the new RefectoCil 3% cream is now 

available, a stabilised cream-based developer, which is lightly perfumed. 

Because of its creamy consistency RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream can be mixed conveniently with the 

RefectoCil tint to a homogenous paste, which can be applied easily to the lashes and eyebrows. The 

convenient dropping device allows the drops to be precisely and economically distributed. Moreover, this 

process guarantees that no impurities can get into the bottle. The extraction itself can be done easily, by 

pressing softly on the plastic body of the bottle. 

Application: Mix 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream with 2 cm 

of tint into a creamy paste using the application stick. Use the paste right 

after mixing and follow the instructions for use of RefectoCil eyelash and 

eyebrow tints. 

Important note: Only the use of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% guarantees the 

familiar perfect tinting result with RefectoCil tints. Therefore use 

RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow Tints always with RefectoCil Oxidant

The RefectoCil Application Set Mini consists of 5 Mini-Tinting Dishes and 5 Application Sticks with 

rills. The Tinting Dish is used for mixing the paste for eyelash and eyebrow tinting. It is small, 

lightweight, unbreakable and its plain surface can be cleaned easily. The shape allows an easy and safe 

deposit of the Application Stick.

Why are eyebrows being lightened? 

a) because the client has bleached blond hair and her brows are too 

prominent/dark and she wants to match the eyebrow with her hair colour 

or 

b) because the client wants to be tinted with a definite RefectoCil colour, but the brows are too dark to be 

able to reach the colour desired. 

The flat, angled and slightly harder synthetic bristle enables a perfect application of RefectoCil Blonde 

Brow. For an even bleaching result it is not enough to apply the paste superficially, but each hair must 

be completely covered with the paste from root to tip. The easiest way is first to apply the paste 

generously in the direction of growth to the eyebrows. Then, by using the Cosmetic Brush, the paste 

should be worked into the brows against the direction of growth so that each hair is evenly covered with 

the paste from root to tip. The cosmetic brush is also suitable for the application of all other RefectoCil 

Eyelash and Eyebrow Tints. The synthetic bristle has an exceptionally long life time, brush and bristle 

can easily be cleaned with water.
