Workload: 5 ECTS<br />

Goals: The course aims to highlight innovative technology <strong>and</strong> business in Germany. International students will have the opportunity to<br />

discover new fields of interest in technology <strong>and</strong> business while experiencing the cultural traditions of the contemporary German<br />

society.<br />

Description: The summer school “<strong>Automotive</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Aerospace</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Management</strong>” offers international students an insight into the<br />

wide range of study <strong>and</strong> research opportunities at Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences. They can explore Ingolstadt as an<br />

attractive city located in the heart of Bavaria <strong>and</strong> a successful location for high-performance companies from industry<br />

(especially automotive <strong>and</strong> aerospace industry), trade <strong>and</strong> logistics. Besides the workshops, the program includes guided tours in<br />

high-tech <strong>and</strong> retail companies, trips to cultural <strong>and</strong> historical sights situated in <strong>and</strong> around Ingolstadt <strong>and</strong> leisure activities.<br />

Topics: Lectures <strong>and</strong> workshops from the special areas of <strong>Automotive</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Aerospace</strong> Engineering, <strong>Management</strong><br />

Study trips: AUDI A.G., EADS/CASSIDIAN, MEDIA-SATURN-HOLDING GmbH<br />

Guided tours (Ingolstadt, Munich), cultural activities (cinema, museums), networking events (welcome dinner, international evening)<br />
