Outside of Real Estate<br />

Above all else, I am a family person. I have called the Barossa Valley home for the greater<br />

part of my life and I have experienced first hand the magic that is exclusive to this little patch<br />

of South Australia.<br />

My vegetable garden, my dogs, my family and preparing a feast to bring all of these things<br />

together is what I enjoy most in my down time. I am an early bird too; If you want to catch<br />

me stealing a moment for myself, you will need to be up around 5.30am.<br />

If I could give one piece of advice to those entering the market for the first time, be it buying<br />

or selling; It would be to ask questions and don’t stop asking questions until you feel 100%<br />

confident in your decision. If something doesn’t feel right, it usually isn’t.<br />

I have 12 years of experience in real estate sales (10 located in the Barossa).<br />

I live and work in the Barossa Valley.<br />

Prior to real estate I worked as a licensed conveyancer for 5 years.<br />

I have worked and specialised in the fields of finance, valuation and<br />

project management.

Katrina Fuller is my Personal Assistant and she will be working by my side on both Monday<br />

Katrina has all of the fundamental qualifications one would expect from someone in this<br />

role; licensed Sales Consultant, licensed Property Manager, Diploma in Journalism, a host<br />

of marketing and management qualifications and almost 10 years of hands on experience in<br />

Katrina’s role varies slightly from that of a traditional PA as she joins me to increase and<br />

develop the level of service that I offer as opposed to assisting with my current workload.<br />

It is extremely important to me that my clients continue to receive the expertise that they<br />

have enlisted me for. All contractual documentation will still come directly from my desk, as<br />

will your marketing campaign and negotiation dealings with potential purchasers.<br />

When the door swings open at your property for the very first time, it will be me, your agent,<br />

hosting the inspection.
