edge in the industry. My skill se affords me the unique ability to transition my clients from
one stage to the next with complete transparency and understanding.
Outside of Real Estate
Above all else, I am a family person. I have called the Barossa Valley home for the greater
part of my life and I have experienced first hand the magic that is exclusive to this little patch
of South Australia.
My vegetable garden, my dogs, my family and preparing a feast to bring all of these things
together is what I enjoy most in my down time. I am an early bird too; If you want to catch
me stealing a moment for myself, you will need to be up around 5.30am.
If I could give one piece of advice to those entering the market for the first time, be it buying
or selling; It would be to ask questions and don’t stop asking questions until you feel 100%
confident in your decision. If something doesn’t feel right, it usually isn’t.

I have 12 years of experience in real estate sales (10 located in the Barossa).
I live and work in the Barossa Valley.
Prior to real estate I worked as a licensed conveyancer for 5 years.
I have worked and specialised in the fields of finance, valuation and
project management.

How is it different
Katrina’s role varies slightly from that of a traditional PA as she joins me to increase and
develop the level of service that I offer as opposed to assisting with my current workload.
It is extremely important to me that my clients continue to receive the expertise that they
have enlisted me for. All contractual documentation will still come directly from my desk, as
will your marketing campaign and negotiation dealings with potential purchasers.
When the door swings open at your property for the very first time, it will be me, your agent,
hosting the inspection.

In order for me to ensure all legislative requirements are met in relation to selling your
property, I kindly ask that you have the following items available (where possible) for my
perusal when we meet:
A Certificate of Title
A copy of recent Council Rates
A copy of recent SA Water Rates
I also ask that all decision-makers involved in the sale of your property are available at the
time of your appraisal.
