WELCOME<br />

As part of the <strong>Devine</strong> <strong>Distillates</strong> Group Brand Building<br />

programme, we work closely with our partners to ensure<br />

successful product launch in chosen territories, with our<br />

partners being the face of the <strong>Devine</strong> Brands.<br />

Our marketing strategy is viable and flexible and can be<br />

specific to different territories to fulfil market demands.<br />

Allow us to give you an insight into how we collaborate and<br />

work closely with our importers and partners.


SUPPORTING OUR PARTNERS<br />

AND BRANDS<br />

We give full support to our partners in the chosen territory<br />

in a variety of ways. Not withstanding our financial<br />

commitment to our products and brand development, we<br />

deliver marketing activities with the support of our territory<br />

partners.


MARKETING<br />

We use a number of effective ways to support and help our<br />

partners to maximise brand awareness and sales potential.


B2B AND B2C EVENTS<br />

We organise numerous B2B and B2C events to interact with<br />

on-trade and off-trade businesses and consumers in order to<br />

increase brand awareness.<br />

Some of the B2B events arranged by us included corporate<br />

presentations, participating at international expos and official<br />

brand launch evenings. The images shown are from a TY KU<br />

brand launch in Bulgaria, our most recent event.<br />

We also concentrate heavily on B2C events and engaging with<br />

potential consumers. We focus on informative tasting events<br />

that allow customers to get first hand experience of our brands.<br />

Some of our past events include in-store promotions, public<br />

tastings and club nights.


CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENT<br />

As part of our Brand Awareness strategy, we work hard to endorse<br />

local celebrities that are recognised worldwide. We are already<br />

working with celebrities such as Ne-Yo, Cee-Lo Green, Patti Stanger<br />

and celebrity chef Ming Tsai.


ADVERTISING AND PR<br />

We recognise the importance advertising and PR place on<br />

brand awareness. We spend much of our time researching<br />

into appropriate media channels we can utilise in order to<br />

maximise returns on investment.<br />

We have created TV and radio adverts for some of our brands<br />

in accordance to the territory’s legal requirements.<br />

We also work closely with influential press and industry<br />

magazines to ensure PR coverage of our events and activities.<br />

The images show our most recent advertising stunt where we<br />

have created billboards and promotional buses in Bulgaria for<br />

our brand TY KU.


DIGITAL MARKETING<br />

Fully comprehensive digital marketing support is paramount<br />

to a successful product launch and overall performance of the<br />

brand in the market. We make every effort to initiate, implement<br />

and measure the success of all digital marketing activity,<br />

ensuring that our brands are portrayed in line with their brand<br />

essence and legal requirements within each territory.<br />

Our digital marketing activities are communicated across<br />

multiple media platforms. We aim to engage consumers in our<br />

marketing activities by creating content that is interactive and<br />

relatable.<br />

BRAND INNOVATION<br />

We strive on delivering products and brands that are unique<br />

and innovative. We are always working on new cocktail<br />

ideas, food pairings and flavour combinations. We believe in<br />

showing our consumers the versatility of our brands by<br />

releasing videos and images of the different possibilities.


POS AND MERCHANDISING<br />

We source a diverse Point of Sale and Merchandising products,<br />

ensuring they are of excellent quality and are appropriate to the<br />

brand essence. The merchandise varies depending on the brand<br />

and the type of promotion we want to carry out with it. Below<br />

are just a few examples of the type of promotional products we<br />

have sourced and used in the past. We always discuss with our<br />

partners what type of promotional products they wish to use.


FINANCIAL AND VOLUME INCENTIVES<br />

We offer a variety of different packages to help with<br />

maintaining high levels of sales. These incentives move<br />

through the channels from importer to wholesaler to retailer.<br />
